The biggest difference is that RFK Jr is constantly met with interviewers set on having his head. Biden on the other hand has barely done any press, and when he does do it it's with someone who won't push him on anything. Trump does the same. You wouldn't see either of those two doing interviews where someone is going to hold them accountable. Go watch RFK Jr's "debate" with BTC that he did recently, that is if you want to see him combatting controversy and pushback.
