    I tried Saperavi in the Finger Lakes and loved it! Such a unique wine. I love your channel, keep up the amazing work.

    Dave, thanks for highlighting this grape! We first tried it a few years ago in the Finger Lakes, where it has become more popular recently. Standing Stone Vineyards uses the grape to make a dry rose which is excellent too!
