Adam was on a night out with friends when he was punched by a drunken youth - a single punch which killed him. Adam's family set up the 'Every Action Has Consequences' campaign to raise awareness of the devastating effects of spontaneous violence.
In the video Adam's Dad and one of his friends explain the events of that night and the impact Adam's death has had on family and friends.
