This is the best comparison between these two watches to date. I was waiting for something like this for long time. After watching this I was able to decide: Addiesdive the way to go.
Not just it is WAY cheaper but actually AD2104 is the better watch for me based on this video.
Ordered one yesterday with bronze buckle for $103. It is a steal for sure.

Just ordered my AD but with the bronze bezel. I have to say even the lume looks better on thr AD here lol. Wild value for money. Hopefully I dont have to wait too long to get it 😅

I just figured they are essentially the same company 🤷🏻‍♂️. Maybe I’m wrong. My Watchdives Willard (probably a rebranded Steeldive) is the cheapest watch I own and one of my favorites! Thanks for the comparison.

Well... I heard it a lot. But if they are the same company, they would use the same parts, just printing different logo. However, the hands and dial's quality is different, so I assume they are different companies after all

I like the SD watch but the AD leather strap. Do you use a UV flashlight to test the lume? Looks like the SD didn't get even light. Common if not using UV

They both were in a sunny room for about 30min, then I used UV flashlight for about 20sec for each. Surprisingly addies seems to be brighter

​@ShortBetter one thing Steeldive does exceptionally is lume. What's surprising here is how uneven the lume is on the Steeldive. I've never seen that anywhere before. Not from my SD watches or anywhere on RUclips.

The cases seems to be identical. I couldn't find any difference at all
