The one thing that really needed updating was the backlight. Casio is all about replacing old EL lights with LEDs, wish they did the same with the F91W. Turn it into the F91W-U.
Backlight, TIMER, bigger buttons, the 105 casing and strap and maybe mineral glass should be easy fixes.
Then solarpower is nice to, and why not go for a MIP screen.

The black version really needs a negative display to fully complement the stealth look.
F91 is a good watch. I prefer w59. A better design watch. I could not resist the f91 minimalist. I have the black/dark grey colours. Great looking.

i wish they would update the light though to an EL backlight or illuminator, would probably be the best watch tbh. oh yeah, +100 points for the jedi mind tricks tee!
If they updated the light, it would be L.E.D. Models coming out now that used to have electro luminescent are being made with L.E.D. I have no problem with this cause it’s a bright white light & uses less battery power.

Probably won't change it either. It's part of the history and retro(ness) of this watch. If you want a better light try the f105. Pretty much same as the f91w but with different light.

It keeps original case shape but takes away all cool Casio design elements and spirit like writings which were important part of the 80's fashion and design.

7) the 105 strapp.

10) bigger display soo you have bigger numerals!
11) 50 m WR.
12) screewdown backcase
13) weeknumber
14) multible alarms
15) weekday alarms
16) vibration alarm
It would be moore expencive and a bit bigger and hevier, but it would be the GOAT 🐐 watch. I do not need another big G-shock, I want the ultimate F91-2025+++. And it would be the digital watch to rule them all!
Those are amazing improvements and Casio should hire you for R & D to help make sure they give us what we want.
