Time to get back to Custom Maps! We had a lot of fun on Uther Party earlier, now let's go for another fan favorite, Footman Frenzy. Unfortunately the game crashed around the end of our run, but the bit we were lucky to play was too good not to end up on the channel. Enjoy!

As a long-time Footies player, it was amazing to see you play a game Grubby. So stoked for Reforged Footies and the potential community around the game. Love how aggressive you played at the start, definitely not "meta" but works out for ya in the end. Cheers

whenever i play footman wars/frenzy everyone just cower in their bases and rarely leaves it
Custom Games are so amazing in WC3 they spawned entire franchises and genres of gaming by themselves, and those games they created have gone on themselves to be the most popular and played games in the world
reforged frenzy will singlehandedly make this game explode again

man, all the army colours look the same! Can't differentiate which is which, everything looks just like a grey mass to my eyes
I think it’s like learning a language, I’m beginning to see. But they are updating the colors
It needs more contrast
I think blizzard could make the army colors stand out more. Like make shoulderarmor that has armycolor slightly larger. Make the colors brighter and shiny with a bit of glow. Spirit wolves were in teamcolor in classic. Now they have colored braces around the front legs. Make them bigger.Make them brighter, and make them glow a bit to the surrounding area.
@@leecrotty6344 do you have any source? so far it doesn't seem like they have changed anything despite numerous complaints..
@@thijsjong it's more about contrast than brightness, the game is already quite bright with very little color contrast.
All custom maps will be available on reforged?
Dude.. Warcraft III was my favorite game when I was a kid.. Maybe I buy this game again 😂

If they don't fix unit contrast and team colors I am sticking to regular warcraft 3, can barely tell which footman belongs to which team !
well yep. even with Grants.. i couldn't tell at any time which units are from which player.
Yep. I understand them trying to move away from the bright, cartoon-ish nature of classic War3, but this is just silly. Maybe bright colors just don't look good on these unit models? idk.

Do you know if they will eventually update the control group unit limit? Make into something like StarCraft 2 where you had layered infinite groups limits? Cause that 12 unit limit is a pain in the ass.
It would be nice to at least be able to take off the limit for custom map creators but I will say having no limit made melee games in SC2 a lot less fun and you could just roll balls of units into each other, although that might have been more of a starcraft problem since it was already less micro oriented.
Grubby has low fps problem too after a few minutes... I can't Believe. I hope they will fix it. Best regards!
