@@DeathRebel369 glad I could help. I wasn’t gonna do the review cause the listing shows 22mph. I’m happy I decided to check out the bike cause it’s surprisingly quick and does more than 22mph
Newer comment: Windone informed me the older version is unlocked but to comply with US law the newer version has a throttle limiter to 20mph. Level 5 assist will still take you to 25 with slow ghost pedaling. They gave me an unlock video but it does not exactly correspond to my screen, so I haven’t been successful yet. Since my wife is more timid, she is fine with the locked version so I’ll likely leave it be. If anyone figures out how to unlock it, I may do it depending on if the wife so wishes. The older version is peppy and fun; well so is the new version, just a bit annoying.
They got me like that too I just purchased another one. My girls bike goes 25 to 28. No problem without pedal assist my bike won’t even reach 20 miles an hour without pedal assist. With pedal 25 what specs did they give you because I’m trying to figure it out myself it could be for the reason why they sell controllers separately. I’m wondering if I have to purchase a new controller if you found out, let me know please and let me know what you have.
New comment: I bought 2 of these. One throttles to 20 and then cuts out, but hits 25 on level 5 pedal assist while ghost pedaling slowly. Windone Support says this is how the bike should work. However, the second bike is totally unlocked and performs exactly as on this video. I sent Windone a query on this. I’m curious as to what they’ll say.
I went ahead and bought a couple of these bikes based on this review. Mine are fine, but at full throttle they are limited to 20mph. I wrote windone and they said they only achieve 25 with pedal assist, which is inconsistent with this review. How did you get 25 mph? Seems undoable with throttle only. It does reach 25 with my 240 pound weight if I don’t use throttle and keep it on power level 5 and ghost pedal (barely moving the pedals). Windone told me throttle only is limited to 20, but pedaling will reach 25 mph. Ghost pedaling is fine but wouldn’t mind disabling the limiter.
Same story here, i bought the E2 and all the demo unboxing videos show the same BS.These are programmable ,Password protected , im guessing they ship these demo models with higher throttle speed.
This is exactly what I’m trying to Figure out because these people are pissing me off my girls bike goes 25+ and mines won’t reach past 19 I’m so mad that they sent me this bike and I paid the same price for both bikes and one performs better than the other
Was looking for a review on this n you popped up just in time.

@@ericchase5045 I would’ve sent them a video of one of the bikes going 25mph. Please keep us updated on what they say!
I just made a video on that. I’m about to send it.

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍I wil buy like this
It would be so funny to see a mid-drive 16 or 20" bike
Especially if it was geared to do like 25 or 30.

@@ericchase5045 if you do an offload test and twist the throttle all the way, what does the display say?
On throttle only unloaded 19.8. But riding and Barely ghost pedaling on level 5, 25 mph. I’m 240! Hmmmm……….
