For 8gb ram, 256gb rom, 64mp camera, nightvision, fast processor, rugged, waterproof, anti scratch, anti drop, anti dust +6000 mAh battery, at the price of 350 bucks, this phone is out of this world and im extremely satisfied. Let me start using fingerprint unlock and I'll reply again in a couple of months and tell you if it's working or not. You gotta understand these phones come from far away and many things can go wrong during the transportation.
@@KevinJones-xh5yk Have you tried factory reset? Before buying the phone, I've read over 1000 reviews both good and bad and mostly bad reviews were when they were updating certain apps that their phone began having issues etc... That's why I haven't done a single update on my apps and I don't think I'll do anytime soon unless they force it. Maybe those apps when they get updated they interfere with the phones software somehow and create bugs and stuff. Oh, my flashlight wasn't working in the begining untill I switch it on and off from the camera app and then it began working. I'm using my fingerprint lock right now and it works perfectly.

If it's anything like the V20 it's garbage. I've been trying to get a return and refund for over a month.
I got v20 for over a month now and its a great phone. I've already dropped it 2 times and didn't have a scratch.
