The first thing you should do is NOT make a marketing plan. The first thing you should do is create a prototype.

Can you bring this game out on mobile 📱 it would be a hit
True
@@TheStaticDude true but would be Soo fun
That's not how games work
Maybe later on if it becomes successful
Also always talk about your game(When appropriate) and remember to listen to your community.... As for me I just "Market" my media though RUclips and DeviantArt seamless as part of what I normally do there.
Valid points and great advice as always congrats!
Appreciate that support !
This feels more like a marketing youtube acc than some indie dev
LETS GOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gamemaker baby
Congrats man so excited for you hope your game goes big changed my name since we last talked (Biggon god) you probably don’t remember me but anyways please do another live stream last one was great fun!
I’m sure I’ll stream again soon haha
Awesome! It's stuff like this that keeps me motivated in my own project. One question though: What do you use to record/ create devlogs? I have looked online but little tells you what people actually use. Also, I worry about others stealing my ideas in devlogs, do you know if this is a risk or is there some sort of protection?
I use OBS to record my material, audacity for audio, and DaVinci resolve to edit videos. Give it a try and don’t worry too much about content stealing. You got this!
@@ReeceGeofroy Thank you. I will look into these softwares.
Is anyone interested in a fast paced Metroidvania Split Into 4 giant levels but they all feel connected all with a story that will for sure give you a laugh i just wanted to know if there was any game like this or if anyone wants a game like it because I have been thinking about it a lot recently
Nice! Very usufull! This topic is very interesing indeed!

As a person who is quite new at game developing on platforms other than roblox, I can say you are one of my sources of motivation

I am happy for u . Dont understand me wrong, but now its a big risk, that you could get arrogant and thats something that, for example, could make your content less great
Totally. I’ll always keep this in mind!
The first thing you should do is NOT make a marketing plan. The first thing you should do is create a prototype.
