For your Spring and Fall cleanups I’ve found that a 4x or 5x of the weekly mowing charge gets us really close to the actual cost upon completion if you’re looking for an easier option for pricing.
I have watched you since beginning I was curious how are you going to do with the lawn service look at what you invest into all this equipment to jump into lawn service you have to have quality over quantity first I love where you went and spent the money but you never have a training program two mow you don't have the training program to Mow Northern knowledge to do it properly I look at the mowing we are at it's not that great

48 inch is the best for all around. Gets the work done and fits through most gates.
You can fit a 54" deck. Most trucks have a 59" with at the start of the box.

52 inch decks are a nice in between deck size to cut smaller and larger properties

For you equipment truck set up, you likely couldn't get anything bigger than a 48" on there.
This is bc you are new. Don't offer bi-weekly.
