Am a from Rwanda and I have been studying in Uganda from grade 7 now am at makerere university but Ugandan English is the best it's simple no vulgar words its the same like that of England, the best thing about Ugandan whether educated or not if you ask them in English they have to reply you in English even if they dont know what they are talking about big up Uganda 🇺🇬 All African countries have all educated and non educated people love 🇷🇼
