Bear in mind that to touch another person without his or her permission is an assault. Besides, this could be a true life or death situation. A doctor may have required a huge deposit to be made before a patient is touched. What do you think would happen if the victims of your prank fail to make it to the hospital on time with the deposit?
How about an uncle who promised her the money and instructs her to be there at a certain because he was traveling, and she has just a few munited to make the appointment? These victims could miss a job interview or be very late on the first day of their job. One of the victims didn't have a bra on. As she got thoroughly soaked, her clothing became see-through.
We enjoy it when someone doesn't get the money because of how rudely or combatively she behaves. You can't expect a person whose clothes or even phone is ruined to just go.
