I don't condone killing of any officer but the NYC PD don't have the best reputation. There are plenty of corrupt dirty cops who've been protected after Killin innocent people....and show no accountability. RIP to the slayed officer 🙏
them yelling "we love you" as if he should be celebrated for killing a man that was a son, husband, father etc...very disrespectful to the victims family. And if they genuinely loved him they probably would have kept that man away from all the crimes he was committing.

Wow. That 'Love you forever!!’, was in really poor taste. I'm not saying they should be expected to abandon him to his fate alone but was so unnecessarily tone deaf and disrespectful to the victims friends, family and department. Even if you are 100% certain he is innocent, another person lost their life. Why is it so difficult for so many people to put themselves in someone elses position and consider the thoughts and feelings they may be dealing with?

I agree with you. All this could have been avoided with just some common sense. $24k in the middle of the night buying a car,wtf? I sold and bought cars for all kinds of prices and usually I get the car checked out first for possible problems by a reputable mechanic or get a PPI done first then meet at a bank or precinct during the day and do it correctly. Who brings $24k cash and doesn’t atleast think about what can happen. He obviously bought his gun with him so he felt something was off
