- NYPD PRESS RELEASE: On Thursday, April 6, 2023 at approximately 9:25pm police responded to a 911 call of a person with a possible gun at Broadway and West 103 Street within the Train Station and within the jurisdiction of the 24 Precinct. When officers responded they encountered a large group. Several individuals from that group aggressively approached the officers, acted disorderly, and prevented the officers from proceeding while a portion of the group ran from the location. As a result, several people were taken into custody. A 17 year-old male was issued a summons, a 13 year-old male, 16 year-old male and a 15 year-old male all had juvenile reports prepared for obstructing governmental administration. The following person was arrested: Rolle Cialani, 18-year-old female, W104 & Columbus Ave, Manhattan, NY. Charges: Obstructing Governmental Administration, Disorderly Conduct, & Harassment / Cell Video by Jean T.

The cops weren't doing anything aggressive, they gave them ample opportunity to leave but they wanted to prove how tough they thought they were. And the dude got my serious and said "yo I'm a grown ass man dint be shouting at me like that".

This happened to me and my friend's in the lobby of 868. And they hand cuffed me but my buddy R punched a porky in the face and my friends pulled me out of the building and I got away 50 years ago. Mrs Stewart's stood up and got the school to open up the gym for us to play in the evenings.. looks like cops still don't know how to handle people.. we are not animals.. don't hurt our kids....
