I used to paint (alternatives) that was the best therapy because it took my mind away from reality and made me think anout something else. I hope to get back to it. But know you are loved and we all miss you a lot when you are away. I am proud of you for getting yourself out of your depression. Life is going by so fast. Stay strong you are a beautiful person.
