Aging is a beautiful journey. Being sick is not fun but it is your body trying to heal and balance itself. I have had to pray myself out of a lot of sad days. Sometimes you just need to feel the pain mourn the pain and stress then move on. We will and can do it. ❤
I have basically all the same things you have ptsd anxiety depression I'm very sensitive I love watching you you I even named a baby after you I'm new to the doll I'm a 62 year old I spend way to much time alone I've just been put on disability after working alot I have a boyfriend who's a ass so the dolls calm me down I really think your awesome ❤
I"m hearing you Honey Bee... about the anxiety and stewing in our own minds when we make a mistake etc... medication does help us take the effort off us to self-discipline ourselves not to think badly of ourselves for whatever reason... I'm not on medication... but that's just my make up... I focus alot on spiritual things, Bible reading and actions... just to deal with my grief let alone other mental health matters I contend with... among other of life's challenges... I have strategies that work for me in my circumstances... b/c ppl will not always be kind... we are sometimes not even kind to ourselves even... Love ya Honey... thank you for resonating
