At least the old shopping mall will not sit vacant and neglected…that’s good to see they are investing and replacing it with a new and better shopping center!

It's sad see it go. I had a lot of memories. We used go to Richmond mall when we were kids. 😥

It’s sad to see that Regal Theater go. I have a lot of memories of that theater. I remember them having a Photo Booth. That I never got to go there with my girlfriend Catherine, see a movie, and get a picture in that Photo Booth because COVID really affected the ability to go to that theater one last time. Sadly, it’s too late now. There’s no going back.

Wow $2500 for a 2 bedroom. A new apartment complex opened up in my town in Mass. where a 2 bedroom is going for over $5000, a 1 bedroom over $2000. The view you have out your window is busy backed up traffic, and the backside of a supermarket. Real highend living. Nothing affordable in there at all. $5000 you can pay that as a monthly mortgage and still have something left over. I'd rather have ownership then rent.

Shop at home , watch movies at home has been the change, this must be the new way to have the home mixed at the shopping location

$2,000 a month for rent when there's places 1 block away that are under $700 a month... Richmond Heights also has some of the highest city taxes in the state. No one wants to live there, that's part of the reason the mall died in the first place.

Just more overpriced apartments that nobody I know could pay for ...would have to earn a half million a year to pay that rent....

After this mall was closed they didn't secure it well. If they had security they didn't do a great job. Some guys snuck in there and filmed a video and posted it on RUclips! LOL
