This is one of the most thorough and helpful videos I've come across on creating ads. I took so many notes, and feel ready to apply them. I'm also going to search your vids to see if you have advice on Spotify pre-save ads. Thank you so much!
The issue with this setup is that the budget will always go to Tier 3 countries, as they are simply cheaper. Wouldn't adding a budget per tier be more reliable?
You certainly could and it wouldn't be wrong, just different. What I like is to have the mindset that I'm fighting for relevancy in Tier 1 in the ads auction rather than just overspending by having my budget on the adset level. I find that most times, Tier 2 gets the most budget when left to its own devices. You can also use adspend minimums on the adset level to have a hybrid of both strategies.
I do one campaign with three adsets, all with their own set budget. First is US. Second is Europe (and a few other tier 2 countries). Third is Brazil/Mexico. Spending goes 70%, 20%, 10%. I love the control of our fanbase.
Great video. My question is, if running a campaign with a £10 a day budget (for example) and not putting a cap on cost per view/click, should you expect the campaign to start off charging quite a high £ per click? Should that in theory start to come down in cost as Meta learns what audience is responding? Curious how it works. Cheers!
Yes that’s exactly what will happen. The first 2-3 days meta is the most inefficient because it is in the “learning” phase and is primarily doing audience testing. Once the campaign passes 4 days it’s usually out of the learning phase and the cost per result will be drastically lower once the campaign has chosen a direction.
Like i said. The infrastructure is not setup on purposes to pay for streaming. All these platforms are owned by the major labels. 0.018 of a cent" whatever its actually lower than that. Promote the best way you can.. sell put of itunes or Apple play or whatever... Major long term artist still haven't been paid and last i remember they were like 8 years behind. So whatever is left, wish upon a star to get your$3.... because they get theirs first. Each quarter is exhausted before theybeven get theirs.. .. ..tired of this BS
This is not a monetization strategy, this is a brand awareness strategy. I don’t suggest you monetize through streaming, I’ve never taught that on the channel, dig into some of my other videos and you’ll get better monetization avenues 🙏
Honestly, the belief that there's money to be made in music, and especially streaming, is confusing. I feel like people need better career counselors. All the money I blow on ads is with zero thought of making money off it, it's just to build a fanbase and grow, so we can tour and have music careers. Money will come long down the road if you're successful, but not from streaming.

Hey thanks you for your technic and your profesional approach !
This is a joke.. he must workforce the labels. The infrastructure is not setup to pay you truly especially for streams.. smh

Off topic, but can you do a comparison video of Landr vs Symphonic?
