Hi. How do you know that Lubluelu is a reputable company?
Did you end up with mopping issues? I had to get a replacement because it wouldn't mop. Their initial solution was for me to wet the pad every time. 😏 Then when I told them that was crazy, it's a mop and it should mop on its own, they ended up sending a replacement mopping attachment. That only worked a couple of times then stopped. I finally asked them for either a refund or a full replacement. They sent the replacement. It's currently mapping. Fingers crossed there's no issues this time because the suction power on this thing is better than my shark robot.
I frequently have problems with the app too. It will randomly decide to remap and keep the old map so it appears that my house is twice the size.
Were you able to resolve the issues?

We got two of this product been using for two years.. Not good to use when your house is covered with carpet .

Doesn't the 4000 suction power vacuum well? Does this device suck?😉 haha. I won't be laughing when my robot hoover arrives tomorrow & it doesn't work well on carpet.

@@BardiaSaeedi best thing I've bought. I'm just like Alexa hoover the fkn carpets and mop the kitchen and that's that.
imagine having a brain dead job where you bang on about something you probably think is crap....showing clean floors being cleaned. I wonder who cleaned the floor, and with what, before this thing was set loose.
