@@notryan2496 straight up and down. I've actually talked to Kno a few times, blew me away when he emailed me out of the blue years ago. Kno is easily one of my favorite modern producers, the ones that are still breathing at least.
Sadistik has gotten me through so many times in my life. He always seems to drop an album or an ep at some dark point for me; and his music pulls me through it. Ty Sadistic🙏!

Until I read your post, I thought the lyrics was "if I recall [ot serving Him]..." is what he was saying. The irony is that even if that were what he said, the message is exactly the same.
This songs deserves to live on in the historybooks. Your best album at least since altars, beats are pure bliss too.
Looooove altars but I loved Haunted Gardens so god damn much and this is just such an huge step from both of those albums. I knew it was gonna be amazing but I'm kinda taken aback how fucking good this is.
This is one of my new favorite songs. I love the way you can't tell who is who. Both putting the other on trail. Perhaps it's a mirror were talking to. Always comes back to that damned mirror. This is a fine display of THE ART OF WAR.

💯!!! I am left in awe and almost at a loss of words to describe how captivating and moving your style, imagery, and use of language truly truly is! My jaw almost hit the floor when I peeped this particular track as I was literally going through this conversation in my head with God after hearing about this death factory that was found out in Nigeria and then about the mass destruction and loss of life and hope thats happening in Ukraine. 😞💔 (this all on top of my own, what now seems so menial, issues and disappointments 😒).....its very hard to find hope...and faith lately. And that hurts and scares me but I don't talk to people about it because most people lack the heart, depth, and/or intelligence to relate🤦. But then....i find this. And once more I don't feel so weird or alone in my ache🙃. 👍💞

What does the last line mean?
He's attacking god arguing he himself creates values (write the rain) and then is perfect by those standards(right as rain), and how he can simultaneously allow his creation to cause so much pain(which rain is also often a metaphor for) to people while being good. This is a common dilemma in christian theology of omnipotent and good god and an evil world for which free will is the most common solution, which is also evoked in this song "i gave them a choice, they disobeyed and they paid for it"
Lucifer is rejecting it and basically saying god and his creation are evil.
While you're right as rain you write the rain. Imo hes questions gods ethics by you're right as rian, as in your supposed to represent whats good(or seen as the representation of whats good. Then says while you write the rain as hes all all knowing/powerful (omniscient/ omnipotent) in a way calling reality itself a script from god and still punishes those who don't abide by his word. which then angle points out it's contradictory therefore questions gods reasoning. It's a lovely iterpretation of god and his angel imo
