It's full of VERY useful features to help make the process easier, so this walkthrough of the different features available on PCPartPicker.com is here to help you make sense of it all. A demonstration of the system builder makes up a large portion of this video so for now, there are no timestamps through that portion of the video.

I always use pcpartpicker when need build pc, and Hypest-key for windows 11 pro keys
Great presentation. Thank you!
thank you, you helped me massively in putting togrther my first selfbuild pc!
hope that power brick ;) video still comes to fruition
Hey there! I'm glad to hear that PCPartPicker helped you with your first self-build PC. As for the power brick video, I'm not sure about that, but I can suggest something else to enhance your desktop setup. Have you considered the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It's a compact device that offers powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities, perfect for maintaining a spotless environment on and around your desk. I've found it to be of good quality and reasonably priced compared to other brands. Give it a look and let me know what you think!
Excellent! I'm trying to learn now to build my own pc, since pre-built prices are so high in 2023. I've upgraded old pcs & laptops, so I'm good with building a pc. This video resolves my concern about purchasing parts that won't work together. Thank you!
Hey {{3}}! I know how exciting it can be to build your own PC. PCPartPicker is a great tool for planning your build. If you're interested in optimizing your desktop setup, have you considered the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule? It's a compact and powerful tool for keeping your workspace clean and tidy. Check it out!
This is so professional just as good if not better then the big tubers
Super helpful video!! Thank you 🙏🏽
How do you add custom parts to lists?
Edit: do you have to sign in? It isnt showing up
Thank you, this was very helful
How do I add a new Completed Build? I just don't have that option anywhere...
Save your build then just make a new one
@@Danny-er5rj Thanks Daniel, I found the problem was that the website doesn't work well on Firefox/Chrome versions that run on very old computers running XP. That's the reason why I was not getting the option. I don't remember if it was on Firefox or Chrome, but this website doesn't show all the options on one of those; and when I switched to the other, it was showing me the options. It's funny that a website that's supposed to help me upgrade from my old computer to a new computer doesn't run well on old browsers, but I'm a very rare species I guess :-)
@@Arun_George oh....yeah.... don't use Win95. It's swiss cheese by now as far as security. I hope your router firewall is good and you don't ever end up on shady websites.
I cant seem to submit my build for the life of me.
Same here, can't add a new build. No button/option. Did they remove that? Or is it banned for INDIA, cos that's where I am....
I just need to know if the os comes on a flash drive or cd
Flash drive but you can get it in a cd
Zombomorph thank you I looked everywhere and nobody said anything about this
hey it keeps saying that the CPU and motherboard could have a potential incompatibility and says I need to make sure that bios is updated is that a concern i need to consider or is it nothing to worry about?
Same here. I need to know why everything is in a blue box but it says it MIGHT be uncompatible, seems like there is no way to be 100% positive
How do i send the build to my friend , i made him a build on pcpartpicker (im on a phone btw
Just copy the link I tihnk
I am new to the pc works but have a build I like and was wondering if it comes with everything for it to work also does it come built or do I have to build it myself
Hey {{3}}! If you're into PC building and optimizing your setup, have you considered adding the HOTO Compressed Air Capsule to your toolkit? It's a compact device with powerful vacuuming and blowing capabilities, perfect for keeping your desktop clean. Plus, it's versatile enough for use in cars and even outdoor activities. Definitely worth checking out! 💨✨
I’d appreciate it so much if you could respond. Why don’t I see the interface "Create a completed build" and "Add custom part" ? I’ve also been using this tool for 5 months now.
You need to sign in to a pcpartpicker account or make a new one if you don’t have one
@@BluE68_ I have one, just doesn't show.
Every time I pick my case and it says always that the motherboard is not compatible please help
Yh u have to get a compatible one not all motherboards go into every case
When I pick out a CPU then a motherboard it gives a compatibility warning. I thought it would not show anything that wasn't compatible with what you already picked.
Is buying from the same website is safe
Yes but expensive
Vefault No dude i will see every product from here then i will buy it but not from pc partpicker
@@dedosniper1061 aight
Vefault ok
Love PCPP! Good Video!
Will this website be able build my pc? I’m trying to find some websites that will let me customize my pc and also build my pc. Also I’m very new at these stuff so it will be my first pc! But if this website doesn’t work then what other website can I use?
What do you mean by build your PC?
@@bek0536 put the parts together i think
No you will have to build your pc by yourself
i type in my motherboard but i don’t know the exact name and i’m trying to upgrade my cpu but i don’t know if it is compatible with my motherboard? help anyone?
If it helps, try downloading a program called "CPU-Z". Under the "Mainboard" tab. It will tell you which chipset your motherboard uses. That's pretty much all the information you need to know to see of you can upgrade your CPU
If you add your motherboard to your parts list it will have compatibility filter on by default when selecting other parts
I cant find that "Custom part" button even though I'm signed in, can someone help?
It don't come together but there build guide than you buy all the part in the list
Is there a UK version
is the compatibility section reliable ?
Wait I'm confused does this website work in Canada
Just subbed
So wait they build the PC for you and have it sent to you?
no, you choose all the parts that you need and order them, then they get delivered to you and you build it yourself :)
What’s the difference between M.2 storage, and NVMe storage?
M.2 is a connector type/socket.
NVMe is a type of SSD technology that theoretically has faster read/write speeds and lower latency than the typical SATA SSD.
An M.2 socket is usually positioned on a motherboard and shortens the distance between storage and RAM which allows for faster read/write speeds. So you may be hard presssed to find an NVMe drive that is not an M.2
Hobbyist PCs thanks, but should I get 2 storage devices? Or will I be fine with just an M.2 SSD?
@@BizarreStorm depends on your needs
Hobbyist PCs can I store everything on an M.2? Or is it a boot drive?
What is a boot drive?
I’m new to PC building and wanna make sure I’m getting what I need.
@@BizarreStorm the boot drive is the drive that the operating system (windows) is installed on.
Even after installing windows on the drive, you are not restricted from installing other programs on it. You could, if you wanted to install everything on one drive but buying an NVMe SSD with enough space to store everything might potentially be too expensive. So some might buy a cheaper SATA SSD or hard drive for storage while using the NVMe SSD for the operating system and other programs that you want to load quickly
Are you able to buy all the parts in your build at once? If so, if you send the link to a friend, would they also be able to purchase the parts for it?
Hey there! It's great to see that you're interested in PC building and optimizing your setup. While the comment you mentioned seems unrelated to the article, I'd be happy to help answer any questions you have on PCPartPicker or offer advice on desktop setups and notebook upgrades. Let's dive into the world of tech together! 💻🚀
does it come built or do I have to build it myself?
Gotta build it yourself
I can’t find anything by dell. Some of my parts are del and I can’t know if they are compatible. Please help
Yeah because those are OEM parts that are only in their prebuilts/other PCs so pcpartpicker doesn’t have it. They only have parts for consumers
how do you add customs parts on ipad?
This is a 9yo
hi
Can I trust in that website ??
Fun fact im not buying a pc but this is my class work we have to put together the best gaming pc under $2000 for I.T
Im really trying to get a 400$ build any tips ?????????????? that can play apex legends easily
What are the main components in a gaming pc? like what do you not need and what do yu need
GPU, CPU. Storage. memory, hard drive if you want, pc case, cpu cooler, and motherboard
@@iTmpest thank you so much
am i the only one who sees the custom button disapeared?
😐 The site is not user friendly at all 😐 first pick takes you to prices, buy, cart, payout, I mean seriously? way too much just to build a pc. the back buttons become useless with the flooding of the cart buy it options.
is this site safe to buy pc?
Adrians Ormanis yes
yes
Merkzz are you sure
@@dedosniper1061 yes
Adam Kovalov thx
I’m building a PC soon I’ve already picked the parts on pc part picker: pcpartpicker.com/list/zh8Yf9
