I’m 62 and I knew by the age of 30, that I would want to look like her at 50-60 and 70. The beauty in her and the pride in her health is what makes her shine in her appearance.
To young women-/make your life comfortable, move everyday, and grooming is your most valuble asset.
And smile. Lively eyes.
I’m 62, and while I don’t aim to look like I’m 40 or 50, I get mistaken for being 40-50.
Think fresh in everything you do.
She’s beautiful. You don’t have to have a lot of money to eat right and exercise. I walk 2 miles a day and lift weights and do yoga at home. You can use coconut oil on ur hair and body from the grocery store. Drink lots of water.

@@MarylandMermaid being fab and chic is not about being skinny. Personality is a package. She does the things she loves, dresses the way she wants to, has a busy life, and does not see the need to conform. And there's nothing wrong with some wrinkles. She said so herself, aging naturally is fine.
@@deann7541 then why the big emphasis on her age? I’m not a model, but I’m 75 and very active plus no one thinks I am 75. I just don’t make a big deal of telling my age. Someone asks, I tell them.

She's a style icon, beautiful and IT IS F'g FANTASTIC SHE EMBRACES HER AGE, BUT DRESSES IN HER OWN UNIQUE, YET YOUTHFUL WAY! Believe me the 20-30 year olds I see everywhere who are overweight and put zero effort into their appearance are sad --- it's like they have already given up! And by the way I'm 61. Continue to be your authentic self and be a pioneer. Up to so far this is the fist female I saw her age who doesn't do a lot of exercises and yet carry herself with such ease and class.
It frees her hands to do what really counts for her because clearly the gymn is not her thing.

I totally agree with you , sleep is important, go early bed and wake up early.
No alcohol, drink enough water.
I tried lots of sports but I think the best if you are relaxed with a book as well.
I try to go to get regular massage and I love manicure and pedicure .
But, I read an interview with her, and she said that she drinks wine every night. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
All we need to do is to eat right exercise get stress out, pray s leep well and thank God for everything is I am 72 an people think I am 50 we will have some challenges but we can overcome anything by the grace of God.and remember to love people. Όταν έχεις αλλά προβλήματα συνήθως έρχεται τελευταίος. Πριν από αρκετά χρόνια ήμουνα κ εγώ πολύ κοκέτα. Δεν πήγαινα πουθενά χωρίς να ντυθώ κ να φτιάξω τα μαλλιά μου. Why do so many women put other women down?
She looks wonderful.......its kinda sad that people write us off after 60. I was working full time at 70 and loved my job and getting up and dressed everyday for work. But i knew my work felt uncomfortable with me there.....I felt bad everyday going into work, as i knew they were thinking what is she doing still here. I applied for another job and left. I love my new job and feel great that I did not bow down to them and retire, but started a new career.

Her style is fabulous! That alone makes her looks interesting. I am 71 and think she is on to something. Be your original self. Travel and enjoy the world. Of course it helps if you have money to buy the clothes and do the travel, but being her original self is her strongest asset.

Not exactly the picture of health. She probably couldn't exercise due to lack of fuel. At my age of 74, she is not someone I would wish to emulate. I agree with her though that you should always do what you'd like or whatever makes you happy.
She walks 10k + steps and swims. She's kind and not jealous. Jealousy is very ageing.
No diabetes, no arthritis, she doesn't walk like an elderly person. She looks very healthy to me

I was thinking that as well.... walking is good exercise, yes ...but I do more than that ,and I'm going on 70 years young. She looks " okay ", but to me.... she's too thin....it looks odd. But that's just my opinion. I still wear a size 4 to size 6 , and I don't have Arthritis, diabetes, have never smoked, no drugs, and only have a cocktail every so often. A lot of " aging " is also about Genetics and Self- care.

She might look 75 BUT the quality of her 75 years ARE NOT common. She is thin, fit and she is able to move like a much younger person. AGE IS NOT ONLY ABOUT wrinkles :).
Her sense of style is timeless - her attitude is eternally youthful. 💖 If she says she feels 18 then she does. It’s up to her to define what that means and how it looks and feels. She plays by her own rules and defines what happiness is for her. She follows her bliss which is success at any age.✨ The 96 year old yoga expert and 93 year fitness instructor are inspiring but so is she in her own wonderful way. She walks her own path which would means timeless beauty at any age or in any time. (I still think they is coming when people will look 30 at 250 and people like this are the forerunners.) My grandmother always said she felt 16 and her light was undeniable.

The beautiful, demure, gentle women are saved and sanctified by their Lord Jesus Christ. Know Him, and you will know eternal life from the day you trust Him for the forgiveness of your sins. John 3:16. And by the way, silver hair is gorgeous. Please don't be afraid of it.
She is well too skinny, and lacks strength, she lost lots of muscle mass and has osteoporosis. She should take up strength and muscle building with weights and gym machines. Walk fast with sneakers (no high heels). Skinny looks good for fashion, but it's a disaster waiting to happen. If she falls, she will break her bones. I'm surprised that she is not using a walker yet.
This is not a subjective opinion, there are sports medicine doctors, can measure her muscle mass, the bone density, walking asymmetry, the balance and athletic tasks. It's too bad that our culture encourages this type of "beauty" totally unhealthy.
