    I often watch on the big screen in the evening and there is no option to "like" or do anything except watch. So. I finally found this video on the desktop to say how much I enjoyed it. Thank you once again.

    How wonderful it was to see this video’s title. I’ve long wondered why foliage bouquets aren’t a thing. Delighted to see they are. When I am able, I’ll join your club.

    Just gorgeous! I love that you offer more than just the arranging in your videos, like stories about the trees, bees and pollinators.

    The way you put things together is just fantastic. A natural. Not everyone can arrange leaves and twigs into something beautiful.

    Love foliage as well, just beautiful!! Adored the baby fungi photos!!!
    Question… How do you politely tell your clients you would like your vessels back? If it’s a subscription client, it may be easier but what if it isn’t?

    • @theflowerfarmer
      @theflowerfarmer  Год назад +1

      I just tell people the deal when they book the flowers - people don't mind my having the vessels back - if anything they find it annoying when I don't pick them up often enough x

    Georgie, I love how you find the beauty in everything! If only everyone watched your videos…the world would be a more positive place! I watch you from New York (not the city) and am looking forward to taking a course from you! I think you give me no choice with the mossed wreaths! Again thank you for helping us all stay positive when most people would
    think everything is dying! ❤

    Thank you Georgia, do you preserve stems , especially those still bearing hips, berries empty seed cases in glycerin and water ?

    • @theflowerfarmer
      @theflowerfarmer  9 месяцев назад

      no because they always look and feel sticky and are duller in colour so I don't like it much x

  • @melodywhealdon2072
    @melodywhealdon2072 Год назад +1

    does it matter that you are not giving the stems a fresh cut before going into water?

    • @theflowerfarmer
      @theflowerfarmer  Год назад

      not at this time of year with foliage - they aren't really drinking - they feel quite dry - flowers and fresher foliage of course would need snipping x

    Do you use glycerol to preserve the leaves?

    • @theflowerfarmer
      @theflowerfarmer  Год назад

      No - I don't like it - it makes everything sticky and then the dust sticks and bleurgh! x
