I don't just mean the growth in the number of followers (my main objective is still growing RUclips!), but more like the amount of new Touhou art that I made as part of my drawing practice for the videos. There are no technical notes this week, other than noting that Aya is cute and she just made crows look cute also. At the point of writing this description, I had already finished another video to be released on 5/14, and wow I was so excited for that and can't wait to share it! Unknowingly, I have created a 4-season cover: Spring (PCB Stage 4), Summer (Youkai Mountain, I'll consider this as summer, green mountains...), Fall (please look forward to it on May 14 release), Winter (PCB Stage 1). The first half sounds lovely, the second half sounds terrible... Actually, it's not terrible if you're making good progress! xD It just sounded like a bad distraction.
Aya Shameimaru the fastest being in Gensokyo and a perfect example of someone who loves her job but doesn't like her duties (likes being a news reporter but doesn't like doing tengu duties) and publisher of the news paper with the hardest name to pronounce ever and "100% true" stories in it, the Bunbunmaru. What surprises me the most is how she can walk with those shoes when is not flying. I enjoy hearing all the instruments you use to make the song but in this particular case the way you play the guitar reminds me some old songs from my country, without a doubt my favorite part of the audio. Bobo is so lucky to be in the first line hearing the concert live :D Like the way you draw Aya here, calm and happy with attention in the details; also I think there is a small blush in Aya's cheeks but don't know if my eyes are playing me instead. What makes me thinking the most in the picture is the way Bobo is hanging in one of Aya's white ornaments, how is he doing it?. Also he want's me to like the video of course I will do it... *Click ... the you go!!! Hope could click it more. Look at you, you are in a tv!!!! XD Always giving nice surprices.
Hey Javsa! Always a delight to hear tidbits and trivia from you. In the last Meiling video you told me about her nickname being known as just "China". This time, you had facts about Aya and commentaries on her shoes. Bunbunmaru is such a cute, ear-catching name for a publication, I'd definitely read it even though it's a tabloid. Probably a lot of fun to learn about the Gensokyo shenanigans through the tainted glasses of AYAYAYAYAYA! Do you recall the title of the song from your country? I played the guitar as usual (it's kinda stagnated now because it's been the same pattern) so I'm a little surprised that there are some similarities even though it was a super basic style of playing. I'm glad it resonated with you, and Bobo appreciates your notes too! He doesn't really receive a lot of recognition, even though he is kind of the "face" here now. Your eyes aren't playing you, there are really some blush on her face! The whole drawing is somewhat an anomaly because it looked quite well compared to my others, and there's some issue with maintaining consistency across artworks. Great point you raised that I've not thought of- perhaps Bobo is floating in the air the wakes of Aya's strong tailwind. Also, he is likely to adopt any superYoukai powers that he's with. He's happy too that you accepted his invitation to like the video, and so am I! Thank you very much. @@bit2kingwn Thank you for the words, this is just the top of the iceberg of the touhou lore and with the new additions for the next game there will be more and more stories to learn about for example the relationship of the kappas of river and mountains. Honestly can't remember the song title, will look in old videos and try to search in my dad's audio cassettes (he has a lot of those and all of them works). Bobo will always have my recognition alongside Little Reimu and Little Bobo :) Your drawing skills improve a lot in each art you show, I like a lot your style. Perhaps is Aya's tailwind as you said but if is in fact the ability of Bobo to mimic the youkai powers that also could explain why is he flying; so if he is near Suika hope it get super strong and/or create some mini Bobo's as she does... and avoid the like of sake. Bobo has his own lore now!!! XD Don't think you are running out of surprises any time soon, I believe that. I really enjoyed making the music covers and starting to learn drawing for the covers. It's such a complementary activity that can easily lose hours combined, but there was never a dull moment. I'm so glad you liked the art, unfortunately I got to know from the others that Instagram just prevents you from scrolling further if you don't have an account with them, so you probably wouldn't see the full thing and how my art from February 2021 is drastically different than this Aya's. If Bobo has copy powers I wonder if he can be the strongest. Perhaps if he copied Suika's ability to make small versions, each copy becomes a lot more inferior so that's possibly Bobo's limitations/weakness! That's funny! There is apparently new info about Reimu in this new game, saddly need to wait until the translated version to confirm if what just read is 100% true. Agreed, this new game has a colorful cast of characters and literally a rainbow girl that looks great (usually a big amount of colors makes a mess but ZUN prove me wrong and did an good looking character). I know the feeling, another game in the waiting line until finish the ones we currently playing... it's a long list. About the tune that the guitar sounds like it reminds me the really old mexican folk music, you may think mariachi's music but no, it's a different genre can't remember the name saddly. The idea of just curling up and play while recuperating sounds awesome! I'm like you too, used to do gunning & bow (ranged) and then moved on to GS for more up-and-personal experience. Not sure how you feel, but It feels satisfying to just have a powerful hit that connects with the tail for harvest season (lol). Still never been a good hammerbro though. Too many weapons to try, and it's quite overwhelming due to them being out of comfort zone xD
Yhea it was pretty chill after a few hours of laying in bed dying. I agree with your statement Gs is a big number stick and I love it. Sometimes tails and even be one hit with true charged or rage slash. It's a fun time even if I'm not the best with gs. Still better then when I first tried it and thats all one needs to get better, learning things as you go, like any skill really.

I thought you were resonating to that thought before I clicked on "expand" on your comment... I know I said that, but I did feel a bit sad. Happy that's not the case though, glad you still liked it. It's a difficult puzzle on how to make a story, and draw, and have that story relate to the ups and downs of the music. I racked my brain out but couldn't help but feel more and more sad without the expected "outputs", so I was like: "ah, Bit2's original intention is to make covers, so let's just make a cover". @@bit2kingwn it is quite difficult indeed, but I always appreciate the amount of work you put into these covers, really nice touch of bonuses for us to enjoy while vibing to your covers, haha! Speaking of art, I did take a quick peek at your Insta, tho I don't have (or more precisely, use) one, I get to see a few pics before site asks me to log in and wow, they're well drawn! On a side note, at what I think is the peak hype at 1:49, I initially thought that you'd use a somewhat subtler instrument to keep the atmosphere "calmer" like a guitar or piano. But this goes to show that multiple instruments working together is the overall result, as I get the same (panicking) hyped feeling at that part of the music, but somehow it's still soothing. Really nice!
If you're vibing to it, then that's great! Oops, I forgot that Instagram wants new people to sign up in order to keep looking at stuff, as they are owned by the data-hungry Facebook... Now I feel like that's probably not the best platform to share art. Hmm. Before I have Instagram though, I used to have a work-around to continue looking at stuff by using removing the web elements. The "wall" can actually be removed if you "zap" the right element, then I can continue to scroll. Thanks for liking the drawing! Great comment about 1:49! Aya's original Youkai Mountain theme is very powerful with all that rock-like "jaka jaka jann" if you know what I mean. She is fast and powerful, and the closest thing to the electric like "jaka jaka jaka jann" is the melodica. While the early parts of the music aimed for a more relaxing tone, the climax part is Aya going "I may be smiling, but don't mess with me or you'll eat my donut bullets!" (those are very fast donut bullets by the way...)

The idea of just curling up and play while recuperating sounds awesome! I'm like you too, used to do gunning & bow (ranged) and then moved on to GS for more up-and-personal experience. Not sure how you feel, but It feels satisfying to just have a powerful hit that connects with the tail for harvest season (lol). Still never been a good hammerbro though. Too many weapons to try, and it's quite overwhelming due to them being out of comfort zone xD
Yhea it was pretty chill after a few hours of laying in bed dying. I agree with your statement Gs is a big number stick and I love it. Sometimes tails and even be one hit with true charged or rage slash. It's a fun time even if I'm not the best with gs. Still better then when I first tried it and thats all one needs to get better, learning things as you go, like any skill really.

I thought you were resonating to that thought before I clicked on "expand" on your comment... I know I said that, but I did feel a bit sad. Happy that's not the case though, glad you still liked it. It's a difficult puzzle on how to make a story, and draw, and have that story relate to the ups and downs of the music. I racked my brain out but couldn't help but feel more and more sad without the expected "outputs", so I was like: "ah, Bit2's original intention is to make covers, so let's just make a cover".
Considering the Bunbunmaru tabloid, I wonder if Aya can make a more clickbaity headline. Or with the tech there, maybe it's "readbaity" instead. Nice headline however!! Thank you WilliamR! XD
@@bit2kingwn it is quite difficult indeed, but I always appreciate the amount of work you put into these covers, really nice touch of bonuses for us to enjoy while vibing to your covers, haha! Speaking of art, I did take a quick peek at your Insta, tho I don't have (or more precisely, use) one, I get to see a few pics before site asks me to log in and wow, they're well drawn!
On a side note, at what I think is the peak hype at 1:49, I initially thought that you'd use a somewhat subtler instrument to keep the atmosphere "calmer" like a guitar or piano. But this goes to show that multiple instruments working together is the overall result, as I get the same (panicking) hyped feeling at that part of the music, but somehow it's still soothing. Really nice!
If you're vibing to it, then that's great! Oops, I forgot that Instagram wants new people to sign up in order to keep looking at stuff, as they are owned by the data-hungry Facebook... Now I feel like that's probably not the best platform to share art. Hmm. Before I have Instagram though, I used to have a work-around to continue looking at stuff by using removing the web elements. Great comment about 1:49! Aya's original Youkai Mountain theme is very powerful with all that rock-like "jaka jaka jann" if you know what I mean. She is fast and powerful, and the closest thing to the electric like "jaka jaka jaka jann" is the melodica. While the early parts of the music aimed for a more relaxing tone, the climax part is Aya going "I may be smiling, but don't mess with me or you'll eat my donut bullets!" (those are very fast donut bullets by the way...)
@@bit2kingwn obligatory playing MoF time soon then to find out XD my laptop had problems recently so I haven't been able to do much, but now that I've fixed it, I just need to fix my sleep schedule XD the donuts are hard, but what I fear is the danmaku rain spell for the fast Tengu (Stage 5 and 6 EoSD mid-stage war flashbacks)
With your daily dose of Touhou maybe you don't need to sleep anymore, that itself drives you through the day hahahhaa! Danmaku rain spell or not, I'm still impressed by your maneuver against Youmu's random rain bullets in one of your videos
