Enjoyed, Mr. Cosby,s demostration and informative instruction. Very helpful and inspiring. 👍🖌🎨🖼👍
Great artist with a heart. Loved how he got emotional talking about being a father.
Now a retired principal and a beginning painter, watching John Cosby’s video on Painting Plein Air I recall when he came to my 5th grade classroom at Golden Hill Elementary School in Fullerton to talk about his career as an artist. This was 30 years ago. I will never forget his answer when a 10 year old asked why he liked to paint. I would love to take one of his classes.
WHAT WAS HIS ANSWER?

Lorraine Robertson: I can’t say on this platform to protect the innocent. It was priceless in a 5th grade classroom! :)
loved the demo and enjoyed the conversation just as much! Super
What a likable person! Really enjoyed the clip and interview. I purchased the video. I am a beginner in oil and I appreciate the lesson on value as that is the toughest concept for me. I am looking forward to watching the complete lesson.
Congratulations on a great career and being a father!

Are the actual DVD's higher quality than what I see here? They say 1080 but don't look that good.
They are about 1 gig for a 1.5-2.5 hour segment.
@@HondoTrailside How does that relate to what I see in this intro to the actual DVD?
Hi Gary,
The digital product is HD. The physical product is Standard Definition (SD). So technically, the digital is a higher resolution. The DVD quality still looks great though.
John is very interesting
