I always wondered watching drawings of old battleships what those peculiar diagonally placed tubes were on the side of the fuselage. Now I guessed it. They were part of the anti torpedo defense system!

I am not a massive enthusiast regarding history or even military history. I do however enjoy making models of warships and other vehicles, physical or digital, and nothing has helped me more than the magnificent work of people like you Stefan. Since these models have helped me personally on an emotional and to some extent psychological level I would like to say from the near bottom of my heart; thank you.
