@@jaisingh.p Depends on the person, if you are a newbie it won't require a lot of time to see newbie gains. But if you are on the other side of the spectrum(advanced), it could take many months to years to see results.
how did it workout for u
I play soccer and i was 110 pounds 5'6 15 years old and i was skinny, barley any visible abs. Once i did this evry week, i strted to see my abs and i went from 110 to 113.2 pounds. I also gained muscle and strength.

Sheeesh, the pike walk and triceps extension are harder than they look. Love the burn though
I am confused with the difference between the bicep rows and the aus.chinups, any explanation?
Bicep rows are more curling face to hands while aus rows are bringing chest to top

reps means repetition like how many times you do the exercise for example 10reps 3sets of bicep curls that means you did 30reps of bicep curls with a break between 10 reps that makes it 3 sets. so rest every 10reps of bicep curls. hope that make sense lol

you have written Monday or Tuesday as like that, I don't really understand as should take rest on after one day of workout or should do the same workout in 2 consecutive days , please explain sir8😅
I recommend rest in between workout days. Don't just take my word for it tho, also search for yourself for extra information

I think that always depends on ur personally, i like to do 2-3 minutes. Not to short so u have enough time and not to long for ur body to get lazy

Basically 4x8 or 4x12
So take a 30 seconds break each 8 or 12 pushups etc

I think is 4 series of 8 or 12 repetitions, it depends on how much you can do
Man I can't do this shit, wym tricep extension, wym windshield wipers, done with this typa shit, who TF can do this when they, "start with training"
Don't do bicep dips like that. Terrible for your joints and don't really do anything. Also squats without weights is cardio & doesn't really create muscle.
If they turn their hands outward to the sides then it will be tricep dips which are better. Squats do build muscle trust me, it's helped me a lot. If you don't believe me on the squats, check out a squat video by the Bioneer on YT.
@@user-zk1uc8tv7c If you are a beginner, you can grow some muscle. But you must increase the difficulty of the exercises over time. Also, remember to eat enough for your body to grow. It is up to you whether you want to do it every day. 3 days a week can be enough to train your body, it is up to you.
Hnogger, I see a yoga mat. Last time I checked, it does not come with every home. That be a training equipment.

it means you can do 4 or 8 push ups 12 times
