I just love this type of workout ❤ I did it twice in one week. Varied my weights and I put the video on pause 3 times every 10-15 minutes and did 30 lumbar jacks and farmers walk with 20-25 lbs. destroyed 500 calories 😊 cardio and weights please keep posting killer workouts.
I definitely enjoyed this workout! I burned 630 calories 🔥The music was great, I love using the weights I felt it so much in my shoulders and glutes and I’m super sweaty great workout♥️ Thank youuu!!!
Yall killed me on that one, can we also have a no repeat kickboxing workout with a cool down et the end of the work out to target all the muscles we worked on. This workout was worth every minute, those knee kicks killed me, I dreaded those highkicks with our hands up. Hell Yeah! When I saw you guys kicking it - I couldnt quit lol, i kicked but - what number...10.

How much weights would you recommend we use for beginners? Like 2 lbs or 5 lbs etc
2-5lbs should be fine!!! Always remember, when it gets tough, you can always drop the weight!!! Make the workout YOURS!! 🤞🏾🔥
