8 Sausages / 腸仔 / ソーセージ
360g Bread Flour / 高筋麵粉 / 強力粉
8g Salt / 鹽 / 塩
40g Sugar / 糖 / 糖
7g Fast Action Yeast / 速發酵母 / インスタントイースト
（35g）2 Egg Yolk / 蛋黃 / 卵黃
190g Milk / 牛奶 / 牛乳
30g Unsalted Butter / 無鹽牛油 / 無塩バター
1 Egg / 蛋 / 卵
**Substitute to Fast Action Yeast: 代替速發酵母
..9g Dried Active Yeast / 乾酵母 / ドライイースト
..60g Water / 水 / 水
..5g Sugar / 糖 / 糖
預熱焗爐180°c 7分鐘，焗14-16分鐘
Preheat oven 180°c 7 mins, and bake 14-16 mins
