Ateez is probably one of the most charismatic groups I've seen, like ever. I don't even listen to their songs that much (outside of Take Me Home cause that's a banger), but I'm always interested in their comebacks. Honhjoong, Yunho and Mingi are honestly kpop treasures (obviously all of them are, this is just me being biased). Also, great reaction! Had a lot a fun watching 🤍
Hear me out, Bouncy has a slight BigBang Bang Bang Bang vibe to it! The way that chorus feels and then the ‘rave’ ending, I wouldn’t be surprised if they pulled some inspiration from it, but completely made it their own for sure. I ADORE this title track, they are sickiningggg
One of the best comebacks in a hot minute!!!! Ateez never misses. they are PHENOMENAL… from the visuals to the styling, choreo, production, stage presence, vocals, they are always OVER the top in every single category🔥🔥🔥❤❤ there’s no group like them truly. Thanks for this amazing reaction, both your energies are so funnnnn I love y’all
Unfortunately, but honestly their opinion does not matter. I feel like its because there is a mass hate on Ateez. Because how can people say turbulence is noise music or the real, wave etc lets enjoy the comeback
yesss exactly!! they don’t listen to anything else so they call anything even a little loud/not mellow noise music. like i practically grew up on rock/heavy metal music and i swear if these kpop stans listened to it they’d probably faint lmao
@@emmylia like seriously, the use noise music what is even noise music 😂😂😂😂 its not because its loud, just say you don't like it. All music is literally noise
@@parksonngwemcharlie8892 exactly, they can just say they don’t like it and move on. they usually can’t think of an actual reason why they think it’s bad so they just call it noise music lmao. and yup, technically all music is noise
I've literally just been walking around my house saying "SLOW IT DOWN MAKE IT BOUNCY" and my family does not understand but I do not care, ATEEZ DESTROYED ME WITH THIS COMEBACK. Mingi hardcore swerved into my lane and now him and Yeosang are dueling for my bias position.
This whole album is so good. You have to check out Jongho’s individual & Ateez’s group performance on immortal songs plus the members individual covers.
They already made the rappers sing the chorus in Say My Name, Hala Hala, Wave and Illusion and it WORKS so well with their voices so i'm happy we got it again!!😍
Personally I think This World is one of the best tracks on the album. Followed by Outlaw and Wake Up. I had to let Dune simmer because I wasn’t sure about it at first. Now I listen to it a just feel myself ascending. Ateez will never beat the cult allegations at this rate 😭 And I agree with what she said. Even if you aren’t an Ateez fan and don’t particularly care for their music. You can appreciate the artistic standpoint of it. Ateez is always evolving and their sound continues to mature. They, to me. Make music that a decade from now will still feel fresh.
They should definitely experiment more with Yeosang's voice. I admit I was a bit unnerved with how it sounded in the first chorus but it was what the song needed -- like how u said lyrics wise and also texture wise.. I dont knw if I explained it at all. I just had to say your comment really stood out to me for Dune.
This world is so good its probably my favorite song on the album and this album I think is one of my favorite sounds for them along with the first World album and the album fireworks is on but of course all their albums slap😩💓
omg i loveeed this cb but i’m surprised you liked it too 😂 i totally thought you wouldn’t like it. also, did u see that hongjoong is going on lee mujin’s service??
Couldn't wait for u to react to this video!! I've been watching that and every performance since they dropped. Ateez is my 2nd favorite grp and I was very happy with this comeback! Thx for reacting 🥰
I understand why you did not like the chorus to Dune it is very dark and not upbeat. However, I think it makes total sense with the lyrics. In the prechorus San talks about getting further away from reaching heavens door so I think it's perfect that the first half of the chorus sounded demonic as if they were telling us they are in hell.
I swear I thought the same thing Micah. I'm like somebody had to of seen your video when you talked about Jongho constantly singing high notes in every song. The switch up was needed, and they delivered!! This is defiantly their best comeback. I knew you would love the MV. Cant wait for the dance practice!!
Lol i felt the same the first couple times i listened to dune, i was very shocked and was not expecting the chorus to be in the lower register, but its grown on me very much and is my current favorite song of the album. Im very glad you enjoyed it, cant wait for more reactions!! 🧡
I'm obsessed with this song, with this MV...ALL !! Can't stop watching it !! Insane as always.... I LOVE all of them, but San is always the one who captures my attention as the incredible performer that he is, I think we all agree on that, but omg in this MV Hongjoong drives me crazy with those naugthy facial expressions (as always but u know what I mean). All in all, they are the ones
Honestly I never paid attention to Ateez before Bouncy (I Stan too many groups already 😅), but from the time I saw them perform this live I was like song/ performance of the year! No need for anyone else to try 😂. Loved the reaction, this is exactly how I felt watching this *gagging*
Micah I’m SO glad you guys liked it too😭😭 Ateez is so versatile they’re crazy!!!!! I say that every album of theirs but it’s defo one of their top albums ever! Mingi and Seonghwa need to let me sleep I swear…. Here I go again to their concert to bop my head and jump on their music lmaoo
As a metalhead, I know that these songs are not metal but they did use some resources of the genre, I loved this album, especially Dune (srry for my bad english)
Ateez do have a continuous theme, metaphor or connector running thru all their MV's. Whether be seen as pirates/ rebels/ outlaws, in several you'll see timepieces- hourglass, cowboy hat If you see some of there stage or "challenge" clips, you'll see that they're outfits are giving fans much more to look at 😉 - like they're saying Yes we are men!
I grew up with rock music and I feel like doing it all over again with ATEEZ's recent releases. Rock music are growers. They need a bit more time but when they hit, they hit FUCKIN HARD. With pop music I feel the other way around. Hit hard at first but I quickly lost interest.
Bouncy was alright, but it's on the weaker side for their title tracks. Just had too much going on for me. The album is good, though. I prefer the b-sides.
ateez's b-side game is always phenomenal so it makes up for it HAHA personally i loved bouncy, at first it was eh but the more i listen the more annoyingly good it gets lol
i love the chorus but the verses? just aren't it for me..especially the rap... excepting the last part. Geurilla is still that title track from ATEEZ for me. HOWEVER I've been OBSESSED WITH SAN IN THE LIVES SAN GOES TF AWWWFFFFF WITH THE CHOREO!
@@siennaschannel388 🤣🤣 glad u like them. Yeah ateez is really talented. I've recently been getting into their variety shows and interviews too so if you have any recommendations let me know - on my way to becoming an atiny 🥲🥲
When I was discussing western I specifically emphasised the video being amazing and being a mix of dystopia/fight club and western as in cowboys and old western movies in terms of the concept of the hats, leather sheriff styling. Nothing to do with the music being “western”.
Omg you're so right, they gave the fans what they want... The way I shouted "RAPPER SEONGHWAAAAA!!" when I first saw the MV ha Currently binge-ing the dance practise 😙🤌

Mingi as the thumbnail, slay. Definitely the main character in the mv😌
I mean he is. He was in the very end and started too
Mingi owned me in this video.
I have to know what the ending was about. And what Mingi was doing as a cowboy having a shootout in the first place, tho I'm all here for that ngl

Omg we have the exact same biases with Mingi, HJ, and Yunho omg😭☝🏾
I think part of it has to do with them starting as a dance crew, so they probably learned how to carry themselves through that.

Halazia wasn’t an end to the trilogy, it was a spin off. This album continues the story, you can tell by the lyrics.
Bouncy is amazing, but I really like it when they do songs like This World--the dark sliding harmonies remind me of Queen.
Oooo yeeees!
The amount of times I rewinded back to Mingi's body roll is insane I couldn't stop watching it.
I'm ready for Dune to get a music video, because in my opinion it's the track for this album. But gets slept on because it doesn't have a video.
