You never disappoint. You're really amazing.. The quality of houses in this video are hardly seen in Europe(Germany) where I live. Bros where dis guys dey see this money??😄😄😄
Have u ever heard of institutions called BANKS that is where they get the money to buy or build houses. That money is called LOANS ...feel free to call on any Bank for assistance.
The houses are good but the only gripe I have is the small size of the plots ( yards) and the shape of roofs ,, can u imagine if the roofs were Flat....
I dont mean to be so off topic but does someone know of a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I was stupid forgot the password. I appreciate any tricks you can offer me.
Beautiful homes. Good job filming. Will Nigeria ever get away from overhead tanks? They are ugly, and occupy valuable space. For expensive homes like these, water can be pumped reliably with solar, into underground cisterns. Pressure pump can then circulate the water into buildings. LiFePO4 batteries just need to be changed once every 10-15 years.
@@Bigwillz Well, I can write something up. I'm just sharing my knowledge about modern building technology. I'll send you a link after the write-up. Meanwhile, check your email for a msg I sent to you.
@@Bigwillz OK, I actually found a video on that topic... ruclips.net/video/5v2GgGMe66s/видео.html It's a simple concept. You pump water from borehole/well into a pressure tank. The pressurized water then supplies the whole house in real time, without requiring any power. The only time you need power is when pumping water out of the well. And for that, you can use solar pump, without any batteries. I bought a solar pump for US$300 for my 120m borehole. Then connected solar panels to the pump directly. No need for batteries, charge controller or inverter. I would love to see Nigeria get rid of overhead tanks. They are unsightly. I would be glad to speak more about it if necessary.
Wonderful content bro. But am suggesting if our Nigerian estate developer will start building tall houses like 20,15,10 storey building it will make our city look so beautiful and and it will also save a lot of land. My thoughts though.
just wondering about the lack of sidewalks on such a lovely environment! how then can motorists avoid accidents much later when the place will be fully functional especially for children. Very interesting view. Thanks for sharing
There is a walk way for pedestrians. You won't find anything other than that in most estates. Kids in Nigeria don't play on the roads in places like these. They usually woukd have parks in the estate, or they play in their compounds which have a lot of space.
I got apprehensive about the absence of sidewalks in such a big estate. One cannot do walking exercise and jogging, because it's not safe. One cannot also do baby pram walking. I think that it's deliberate, so that they'll have space for more houses
Kudos bros on this video you made. You've sparked my interest in wanting to get and live in one of those houses at River Park. Keep making those videos.👍
This estate is truly elegant with great opportunities for mankind and for sustainability, the FCT Administration can help in the provision of critical infrastructure, like roads, general hospital, recreation centers. This estate is a job creation industry for Nigeria. May God Almighty bless the initiators, Amen.
Great video! But There’s actually clauster 1 to 5 and not 3. I can tell cause I live here. And there is no clauster 2 because it was bought by the Dunamis pastor to build what is now the biggest Church in the world.

This is huge but in future there will be so much holdup because it's has only road no street that links each other so you don't need to come to the main road to go through
Lovely buildings but disappointed with the overhead power lines. It should’ve been underground instead. The country is making progress. Thanks for sharing..
It's a beautiful estate in indeed. However, it still has some flaws, such as limited U-turns on the streets, absence of side walks from the exit all the way to the freeway, which means pedestrians have to risk their lives using traffic ways. There's also excessive amount of under developed land. Meanwhile, vacant apartments are scarce all across Abuja. A few unpaved roads still exist in some of the clusters where the apartments are still under construction.
I personally prefer an estate with me owning the land that it's on. While some don't mind owning an apartment, especially when it's in a very expensive location. It's a matter of choice.

Yeah, I know lots of very low-income earners (poor people) who have so many kids. So sad that they can't take care of their kids properly. If you have the resources to take care of your kids, i dont have a problem with that.
Nice giant homes, but so f*cked up that they built them too close to each others like hostels. U wouldn't put all that millions in such apartments with the neighbors so close watching me. If there are balconies, they will be useless. You see such giant housing in Europe or US, they are about 400m apart for trees to provide covers from one another
