    Wonderful!
Who would have thought that in 2020 the two best programmes on RUclips would be from
    the 50s/early 60s:

Dr. Keys lived in the same assisted-living facility in Minneapolis MN where my parents lived for a couple years. He was unfortunately in bad shape by the time Dad told me who he was, and I never got the chance to talk to him. It was nice to see him in this TTTT episode.

All Australians could spot the the real Australian straight away by her accent and by the fact that the others didnt know where Melbourne, Port Moresby or Perth were.

I just wish I could promise the postings will be more regular from now on, but I can't. The whole reason for the long delays is that whenever I upload new material, I end up having to fight off false copyright claims on every show filed by Fremantle against this channel. If they don't voluntarily rescind the claims-- which they often do, but not always-- then I have to wait out a 30 day period for the claims to expire. This has happened over and over again. :(

I love this game. I got two out of three. I thought number 2 was the golfer because he knew his Palm Springs geography (Cathedral City and Indio).

As someone who looked up the Wikipedia article on K-Rations, I realized Number 2 was the other fraud when he said 1800 calories. The K-ration had nearly DOUBLE those calories (3200) and even that wasn't enough for active soldiers. Which is why Kitty chuckled when she asked if they were sufficient for soldiers. I was actually surprised by Kitty's knowledge in that game that I'm wondering if she knew someone from the military.

That was exactly my thought - I knew that even before my culinary school days. At least by today's standards, I thought that was common knowledge - but was it back then?

Dr Keys had a greater influence than he deserved. Recent reviews of his data show that he manipulated his findings, choosing cases that supported what he was trying to prove and discarding data that contradicted his assumptions. See "The Big Fat Surprise" by Nina Teicholz for details.

The real Ancel Keys is the nephew of Lon Chaney Sr. Maybe that would have given the panel too much of an assist-?

Executive Decision The whole reason that the postings here have been irregular is because of completely baseless copyright claims by Fremantle-- the company that owns Buzzr-- which I have to constantly fight off. Constantly. They did their best to destroy the entire WML channel last year-- the only reason they backed off is due to the justified outrage of the fan community, because if they hadn't backed off voluntarily, both the WML channel and this one would be gone now. RUclips doesn't even try to protect guys like me from predatory big media companies making false copyright claims.
Beyond that, the Buzzr channel has been an absolute disgrace, running the same 50 or so episodes of the B&W shows over and over and over again since they launched last year, meanwhile doing everything they can to illegally stop anyone else from sharing these public domain shows.
I'm sure you were completely unaware of all of this, which is why I'm explaining it. Fremantle MADE me an enemy. I had nothing but good will towards them till they started attacking my channels, and they haven't stopped yet, 9 months later. For these reasons, I really must request that Buzzr/Fremantle be left out of any discussions on this channel. It's like showing up to a Hatfield family reunion only to share delightful stories about the McCoys. When they stop attacking my channels, I'll stop asking people to not mention Buzzr.
