    Absolutely the video I was looking for! I just want a simple mobile office so that I can meet with small business owners on-site. Lord knows a cargo van is still going to be a larger office than most restaurant owners have. :D

    It’s highly unlikely that you will ever be accused of lacking the “enterprising gene”…well done❗️
    I have viewed a couple of your other videos related to motorbikes and was duly impressed & thought I’d take a look at a couple more of your offerings while working out…and, I am glad I did.

      @@RocketMan_Moto It would be weird if I was! I was doing something else when you came on and I thought it was for a second. It's the overall sound but also the delivery. Not a bad comparison!!
      Should say that I loved your video. I fancy a van, and might not get one, but laughed at your description of the IG love in.
      I fancy a "day" van and I fancy a mid sized one but there are few people doing what I envision.
      I don't even want to do a full conversion because I'd like to be able to take the family to the beach one day and then use as an office when I fancy a change of scenery another day.
      I found this guy too ruclips.net/video/awwZ7N07w4w/видео.html who has a similar outlook if a different usage.
      He has also updated over time but kept to the same principles. Think you might enjoy his stuff ruclips.net/video/wX4Sc21u0eE/видео.html.

    Good to hear something different about your lifestyle and also a different take on a van conversion. Having a pop top roof is nice so that you can stop somewhere and stand up inside. However I guess you would attract attention and people assuming you are over nighting.

    • @RocketMan_Moto
      @RocketMan_Moto  3 года назад +2

      True, a pop-top would be nice, but it sort of condemns the van to be for ever more used as a camper, and I prefer to keep it as a utility van for reselling :)

  • @BlueAlgon

    Thanks for posting. This is of interest to me as I'd like to deploy something like this for my longer road trips. Here in North America the distances are huge, so to me it's more practical to get a van, load a smaller bike, and then drive to a place of interest and then bike around.

    Don't understand the flash van life builds and have seen people try and sell clapped out vans with amazing builds for much the same price as a new van. I like the basic van life concept like in "Wayne Diaries" build as you travel, but I don't own a van, maybe one day. Even though I have a new model company van parked in the driveway. Used to own a HiAce which I carted my dirt bike in, and a friend recently said he was pinned by his XT500 inside his van, luckily a passer by freed him after a few hours. So I don't think I'd be putting anything heavier than the Grom inside a van after hearing that story. Just setting up my trailer and station wagon for weekend trips in winter, it's going to be my new way to maximise winter riding hours in my preferred location rather than spending hours getting there, probably similar to what you’re doing :)

    • @RocketMan_Moto
      @RocketMan_Moto  3 года назад

      Sounds great, Daniel, and I agree about clapped out converted vans up for sale for £20K+ just because they've got a rock & roll bed inside. Crazy, lol !

    Nice-looking van. When I moved to Portugal from England in late 2011, I drove down in a really old 2.5 diesel [not turbo] Transit with all my possessions in the back, including, buried under it all, my Buell XB12X Ulysses.
    I bet this Fiat van was expensive in Portugal.

    • @RocketMan_Moto
      @RocketMan_Moto  3 года назад
