    There are so many circle bands on the market. Would appreciate knowing what you are using. Thank you. Recently found your channel and am thrilled you gear your workouts to seniors. I am 70 but my brain is having trouble accepting that. I still think I should be able to do things I did as a younger person, but my body is telling me otherwise :)

    Meredith you are a God-send. You explain each step clearly and don't rush through them. Most of us older ladies can't jump around or get down on the floor anymore so this is perfect. Right now I'm watching from the sidelines as I had to order the right bands. I'm looking forward to daily workouts with you. I'm so glad you are here, thank you again.

    I did this with you today, I really enjoyed it, it was hard at times but good, I have a meniscus tear in one of my knees, I had a steroid injection a few weeks ago, I have been given some resistance band exercises to do, this was a good addition. Thank you Meredith, another one I will be doing again 🙂xxx
