    In this exercise video Meredith will be taking you through “THE BEST” glutes workout using these recommended looped resistance bands (amzn.to/3Qsw2Cj) or for softer comfort try this GYMB Resistance Band Set. (amzn.to/3P9zxwo)
    This is an all standing routine and perfect for anyone looking to build up strength and tone in their gluteal area. Our glutes are the most important muscle for keeping our bodies upright and moving forward. Toning and strengthening this area helps support everyday activities like walking, sitting, standing up and everything else in between!
    Make sure to only do movements that you are comfortable with and that don’t cause any pain or discomfort. This exercise can be modified to sitting if you prefer and as always, go at your own pace.

    Is it best to do do cardio before strength training or the other way around? I know, listening to your body is important but what way is more beneficial? Also could you give a run down of your excerise regime? Should you do dumbbells and resistance bands in the same day or alternate? If you excerise 2xs a day can you alternate dumbbells and resistance bands? BTW YOU are the variety in the workout of life. Many thanks 😊

      Thank you Luna! I prefer cardio before resistance training it warms up the muscles to get them ready. It can be a personal preference though. As for your other question, be careful when doing strength training 2x a day. If it’s upper then lower, that’s a little better. And no strength training 2 days in a row. A day off to allow the muscles to rest. I hope this helps!

    now that the glutes& outer thighs are worked, what exercises are best for inner thighs?

      Doing leg adduction exercises, standing or laying, are great for the inner thighs. Really focus on squeezing and lifting from the inner thighs!

    Hi Meredith. I am 51 years old and was diagnosed with both Spondylitis and Sciatica. Will this and any of your workouts help me? I've been to several doctors and physio therapists, and they all say the same thing. Do gentle exercises and cardio. I'm in alot of pain. Please help? 🙏🏻
