It’s extremely important to teach kids while they’re young and ensure they learn how to discipline themselves! It’s so much easier to maintain your weight than to try and lose weight!

So the facilities where people go to lose weight are not properly regulated but the facilities where they make the food these people eat are?

Obesity is caused by addiction to food. Figure out what is causing the addiction, and treat it.

Doing fasting diet i let go 7kg in nearly two months, cut down sugar cut salt and deep fry foods like chip one of them, first stat with' OMAD" diet see how it if you like and not hard like fasting diet, 'OMAD' that do now was not eat in the morning but eat 2-4 pm no dinner, and for fasting start with not eat any foods 18 -24 hours first then have a little healthy foods, and then start not eat 24 hours then not eat 3-4 days, when the body get used to just do 6-8-9 days not eats and some people can do even longer 😮,when I do fasting I not do runing or anything that make my body work to hard 😅,I like 'OMAD ' more and many superstars they doing it
