Not Getting The Job Done

The plaintiff says she hired the defendant to take her daughter’s wedding guests to and from a hotel via limo. Minutes before the plaintiff was supposed to walk down the aisle with her daughter, 14 of her guests weren’t there because the defendant forgot to pick them up. Now she’s suing. The defendant argues that he was never told he was supposed to pick up guests from the hotel.
