Easy Chicken Katsu + sauce

Hey Everyone!
This is how I make chicken katsu and I also have a recipe for a delicious katsu sauce. This recipe is so easy to make and taste so good!

Chicken Katsu Ingredients:
I used 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs add a light sprinkle of salt & pepper to chicken
1-2 cups of flour
2 eggs + 2 Tablespoons of water
1-2 cups plain panko bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Katsu sauce Ingredients: Adjust amount to your taste
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tablespoons worcheshire
2 Tablespoons oyster sauce
2-3 Tablespoons brown sugar
White rice recipe ⬇️
• Easy white rice
I served this over white rice, and a side of sauteed cabbage and broccoli.
