It’s implied that Margie hallucinated joker as Sergei due to his hostility towards violleta, so smiley face could kind of play as a representation of sergei

At first, I also believed that Goatman was connected to the hullabalo, but given that his gameplay trailer was in the Kreiburg Racecourse, and that nothing seems to connect him with the hullabaloo, I think he's not part of it. Even the Lion in the Moonlit River Park is connected more to Margaretha than him. Idk if it'll be mentioned otherwise later on though
