The tour was great! I love the kitchen lay out.!! The third bedroom opposite side from the master suite is a good size third bedroom. Finally, the master bedroom is very very nice with the Windows there. The master bathroom with that shower is perfect!! That is a damn big walk threw shower!!!!!! A very very nice home.

The kitchen looks great and the stainless steel appliances are awesome my attention to detail moment is the wood plank ceilings 👀👀👀eye catching definitely like that ........ love the backyard nice and relaxing...... Hi Joe. We love seeing those houses. One question thought. I see the first room has a bathroom , the second one has no bathroom. The bathroom is the middle is a half bath and the third bedroom has a full size bathroom. Where does the person in the second bedroom bathe? Is there an adoption for the first bathroom to be a Jack and Jill. Or the bathroom the third room have another exit? Just cur6, thanks.

I got a personal look at the st.croix house in irl and they only come in 1 story but they got other model that are made by the same company. Mine is the same model house and is currently being built.
Second bedroom is a Blanche Devereux (GOLDEN GIRLS)bedroom with the design on the wall😁alot of things happen in that bedroom(kidding🤣🤣)house is lovely ❤

So you know what I'm going to say, why does such a beautiful home have those cheap wire shelving in the pantry and in the closet? I don't understand that. I know these homes are not million-dollar homes but put better shelving in the closets. Anyway the home is beautiful and as always you do a wonderful job showing the home and by the way the staging is done beautifully.
Yes, I know. They should preserve the 🌳 🌳 🌳 and landscaping. Who cares about those 🏠's. We've got one. It's just a headache to keep it nice and clean. Expensive maintenance. Plus you always think ahead if you have kids where they are going to play outside.
