I've worked with Vertimax (the company itself) before...this is close but the BIG difference is that you can set the SPECIFIC RESISTANCE and keep the athlete under stress within 1-3 pounds no matter how fast they move. Not to mention the fact that the harnesses allow for SPECIFIC tracking of limbs in SPECIFIC movements... So, and I say this as a Personal Trainer with 20+ years experience and 15+ with the Vertimax, that what you see here will give you SOME gains, but not the gains a Vertimax will...
@Dexxdash The question you should be asking is: What is the resistance of the bands? Since the kettlebells never move, their weight is not a factor and only serve as an anchor point for the bands. It is the bands that provide the resistance.

Bands are better. Been using them since 2007.
