    I've worked with Vertimax (the company itself) before...this is close but the BIG difference is that you can set the SPECIFIC RESISTANCE and keep the athlete under stress within 1-3 pounds no matter how fast they move. Not to mention the fact that the harnesses allow for SPECIFIC tracking of limbs in SPECIFIC movements...
    So, and I say this as a Personal Trainer with 20+ years experience and 15+ with the Vertimax, that what you see here will give you SOME gains, but not the gains a Vertimax will...

      5k vs $30/mo membership is the deciding factor for 95% of people imo

      How heavy are the kettle bells?

    • @CalebTheHumbled
      @CalebTheHumbled 10 месяцев назад +2

      @Dexxdash
      The question you should be asking is:
      What is the resistance of the bands?
      Since the kettlebells never move, their weight is not a factor and only serve as an anchor point for the bands. It is the bands that provide the resistance.

      @@CalebTheHumbled no because if the kettlebells are too light it will move and the resistance bands won’t be anchored in place
