Got a bunch of these with 10 inch gongs from a local school recently and there were a few that sounded pretty bad like this one. Glad to see there’s an easy way to get them going back to new again.
Hey there! I was just wondering, would you know anything about the Simplex 2100? There isn't a lot of information about the panel and I'm curious to know some stuff about it.
That was a "Short Lived" panel that was quickly replaced by the 2120 (see my other videos on that). I've worked on a few 2100"s and may still have a manual on it/I'll have to check but can't promise anything.
@@firealarmtech4100 Very cool! I've always been curious about the 2100 as you mentioned it was quickly replaced. My main curiosity with the 2100 was if the panel was able to use a voice system like the 2120 and 2001 panels.
