I do feel like Hawaii has had problems with that. It was a few years ago they accidentally turned on their nuclear bomb sirens and freaked out the whole island and then there are other problems with water system and what not.

Well, it is very likely that the states have different values, different money is invested in them, and if you continue the chain, then at the end it will turn out that the result is a different attitude of the federal government. The US here is no different from other large countries
If the US invested the same money in each state, then everyone would be developed about the same, but in total lower than if you spin the economy flywheel in the golden states at the expense of the rest and hope that they will invest in the economies of neighboring states, and not leave everything money to yourself.

That's the thing... until it is proven. It's just rumors. The best thing is to leave kind words to those who lost loved ones in that fire or that have gone missing. That's the best most can do.

Greg Reese: Survivors of the Maui fire say that they received no warning and that the flames appeared so quickly that escape was difficult. Everything was suddenly in flames and many found refuge in the ocean for hours while their homes burned to the ground and into the same powdery ash footprint we’ve seen in recent years. So far, it is estimated that nearly a thousand people have died. Locals are worried this includes hundreds of children who were home due to school being canceled that day.
Several people are reporting that the government is not only doing little to help but they are blocking local efforts to do so and not allowing local donations through. And blocking life-saving medicine because it isn’t federally approved.
The people of Maui are on their own for now. And aside from the federal government’s bureaucratic failure, they have good reason to be suspicious. Just like what we saw five years ago in Paradise California, there was nothing normal about these fires. Within a day of burning, it was like a bomb went off.
Local residents have been reporting bright flashes of light. One was captured by a home security camera that appears to have been the start of the Olinda fire.
Many people are saying that it was Directed Energy Weapons. We know that most major governments already have them. And during the California fires, online weather maps recorded what looks like a laser from above striking an area just before it bursts into flames.
In his research, Denis Mills discovered that the incendiary aluminum and barium nanodust from chemtrails is most likely fueling the ferocity of today’s so-called super wildfires. And on the day before the Maui fires broke out, locals were reporting a heavy overcast from chem-trailing that they’d never seen before.

Lahaina is considered to be a historic and sacred land. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii before it was taken by the United States. It’s been occupied by native Hawaiians ever since who are defiantly opposed to the mainland outsiders who have been buying up land with no respect for local culture. Not just BlackRock and Vanguard, but Billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg who owns more land on Kauai than what the government of Kauai owns. And Oprah Winfrey who has bought over a thousand acres of land in Hawaii. Including a new 870 acres in Maui she bought this Spring.
In 2018 the Paradise wildfires broke out exactly where the United Nations have plans to somehow make off-limits to humans. And that same year a report on wildfire prevention was published that was focused on the exact same areas in Maui where the fires just broke out.
Governor Josh Green has been putting the World Economic Forum’s Great Reset agenda ahead of Hawaiian interests. Just weeks before the fire he unveiled an emergency proclamation on housing that eliminates the Land Use Commission. Allowing the government more leeway to build as they see fit. Such as building 15-minute Smart Cities run by Artificial Intelligence. Just like they’ve been planning for years.

It’s so sad. They care more now about identifying the ones that died so no one tries to escape the status quo than they ever cared to diminish casualties. They care more about potential future fraud you could do if you “died” and came back as an illegal immigrant even tho the chances of that happening are so low but they literally care more about limiting fraud than limiting deaths. Like if you have family in Maui and you know they were caught in the fire you’d think they would call you or reply to your texts once they get a new phone so eventually everyone’s gonna know that it was their family member who died because you won’t hear from them. This whole identifying deaths operation is all government control stuff. It’s not for the loved ones. It’s for their own accountability so they can know who is gone Which is understandable but contrast the intensity of the movement prior and after. You can see where their priorities are.

Funny how we have trillions to send to the Ukraine but have little to no help here at home.
What the people in Hawaii and the mainland want to know is why the Sirens never sounded. They used the national emergency alert system, cell service and power were out and had been for hours, so many never got the warning. Some had battery radios and started to evacuate and warn their neighbors. Did they just assume the radio, TV, and cell messages were enough. Was the siren system also out of power, had no back up power source, or did they abandon the system to the fire. Or did somebody in power not make the right choice, or not believe it was as bad as it was and wouldn't use it. Lahaina wasn't warned the people had little time to get out. 80% of the town was destroyed by current estimate. If you were sick, handicapped, used a walker, or wheel chair, or infirm in someway you weren't going to be able to out run the fire. A fire estimated at 4 Sq miles being pushed by 60 to 80 mile an hour winds. What we want to know is why the Sirens didn't sound, who did or didn't order them to be used, or did the order not get through. Those questions are what American news agencies should be asking. 13,000 people were in that town, they expected a warning and a chance of escape, that is not what the got. The question is why they didn't get that chance

How come other parts of Hawaii CLOSER to the hurricane, like Hilo, had no disturbances? And some weather sites are saying there wasnt recorded data in Lahaina at the time due to... Reasons...😑

Where was the high pressure area Monday night? North of Hawaii. Where was the low pressure area of Hurricane Dora? About 500 to 600 miles South of Hawaii. Air flows from high pressure areas to low pressure areas. That's what causes what we call winds. The brush fire was reported at 6:37 am Tuesday morning. One tourist said power failed at their hotel near Lahaina at 3:00 am Tuesday morning. There were reports of up to 30 utility poles knocked down across the island. There were also reports of wind speeds as high as 82 mph recorded on Maui Monday night at higher elevations. Which raises the question of why Hawaiian Electric didn't de-energize the power lines once winds approached hurricane force speeds. The list of an unfathomable list of deadly errors by officials grows. The saddest one to me is the fact that not one cop or fireman or country official bothered to go to Lahaina to make sure they knew a wildfire was heading in their direction.

"Almost 85% of wildfires in the United States are caused by humans, according to the National Park Service." Likely power lines down in dry grass caused this fire, not global warming. To put this disaster into perspective if Hurricane Dora moved closer to Maui then there would have been rain along with strong winds and there would have been no fire. The loss is horrendous but quit blaming everything on global warming and focus on the real issue

Former Maui Resident here. Maui used to have MULTIPLE prescribed burns because they still had the sugar cane industry at that time. They had beautiful green grass fields of cane when the cane was young. Then on the proper time and day they would burn those leafy grasses off leaving behind the cane that they would cart off to the processing factories, leaving behind a bare field ready to be replanted. Now no more prescribed burns. I have wondered if something like this would be the result of no more prescribed burns. What is there now is abandoned neglected fields which grow massive amounts of firestorm fuel unchecked. I say bring the sugar cane back! Much better to be ready for and used to the burns. This is devastating. 😢
