A very long running series that did a 3 way crossover with Dragon Ball and Toriko (the blue haired not Goku) If you wanna see more from One Piece in the form of games- I'd recommend all supers from either Burning Blood, Pirate Warriors 3 or Pirate Warriors 4. The kid with the fire on his head is from an anime called Katekyo Hitman Reborn. it was a big deal back in the early 2000s. If Naruto, One Piece or Bleach were to have ever failed, Katekyo Hitman Reborn would've taken their place. Its a really cool anime about a Kid who's suppose to be the next boss of a huge mafia family. The first 20 episodes are a bit slow, because the manga was originally meant to be a comedy manga, but after episode 20, it picks up.
The samurai with the red hair and the one covered in bandages are from the series Rurouni Kenshin, also called Samurai X. The lone with the red hair is the protagonist Himura Kenshin and the one with the bandages is Shishio Makoto, he was a major antagonist during one story arc. Rurouni Kenshin is a historical drama that takes place in late 1800’s Japan where many of the background characters and the situation happening around them is real history but the main characters are not. The one with the bandages was a government assassin (called a hitokiri which depending on who did translation it will be called manslayer or murderer) during the revolution in which the Meiji government came into power. Once it was over the government decided he knew too much, shot him in the head and set him on fire, but he survived. The bandages are from his burns. His power over fire is because of his sword. It is serrated and has soaked up the oils from the numerous people he flatlined so a spark ignites the blade. The ultimate move he used in the game was mentioned in the show but he never used it. It’s a great series from the 90’s and worth at watch, especially because it is being redone and coming out again this year. Netflix also has 3 live action movies that were done in Japan, not actual Netflix adaptations, that were done very well
The little kid who shattered the earth is actually a Toriyama character, one of his side project while he worked on DragonBall, she even shows up as a guest character in later DB media
The blue haired not-Goku guy is Toriko, the main character from Toriko, who wants to be the best 'gourmet hunter' in the world by creating the most unique three course meal. The premise may not sound like a shounen series, but the main 'ingredients' the hunters seek are mystical foods and dangerous monsters. Funnily enough, Toriko is capable of beating Goku quite easily, as near the end of the series he eats a portion of God's soul (God let him because he found him interesting, but it's still crazy)
So anime characters, that I know of from each series are 0:57 - 1:57 are from One Piece it's an anime about pirates who gain mystical powers by eating something called Devil Fruits these fruits give them various super human abilities. From turning a person into a man made of rubber, Luffy who was the first person, to making a man made out of literal magma, Akainu the last person. 1:58 - 2:47 is DBZ as you know. 2:48 this anime is called Toriko, the setting of Toriko is that it's Earth but an earth that is like 4 times bigger than normal and pretty much everything is food certain types of grass, mostly animals, and plenty of other weird stuff. It is actually quite the creative anime/manga and one worth reading yes Reading because the anime heavily censors alot I still wait for the day there's an uncensored version. Anyway the first character is Toriko, while he may look like a Goku rip off he really isn't, the only thing he shares with Goku is a love for food. Second Character is Zebra who has the power to make his voice a literal weapon. 3:19 - 4:08 is Naruto as you know. 4:09 - 4:43 is Bleach it's an anime about a kid who ends up becoming a shinigami which is the japanese version of the grim reaper. It's ok, I lost interest in it a long time ago so I can't tell you much about it. 4:44 - 5:16 This is Rurouni Kenshin, the main character, Kenshin, was once a brutal killer samurai named Battousai and was infamous for being an incredibly dangerous and unbeatable samurai. However he wished to walk away from this life and thus he uses a reverse blade sword where the edge is backwards on the blade essentially making it similar to a wooden sword. Second character is Shishi Makoto who was considered Kenshin's successor he was knocked out and then covered in oil and burned alive but he survived he wears the bandages because of the burns. 5:17 - 5:57 is YuYu Hakusho considered one of the best dubbed animes of the 90's, the first character is Yusuke who is the literal definition of Rebellious Punk with a Heart of Gold. Second Character is Hiei he is a demon and the only known successful user of the Dragon of the Darkness flame. Which is a living flame that is an incredible powerful and near uncontrollable power. Third Character is Toguro, who was a human that wanted to become a human because he was afraid of dying of old age and wanted to be the most powerful demon in existence. 5:58 - 6:15 is Gintama I don't know anything about this besides the name. 6:36 - 7:08 this is Hunter X Hunter don't know much save the name 8:02 - 8:16 This is Katekyō Hitman Reborn! aka Reborn!, The character is Tsuna who happens to be the descendant of a mafia known as the Vongola. The anime has him gain super powers basically by turning undying will into flames these flames have various 'elements' each with their own unique attributes. Tsuna is normally a wimpy guy but when he is hit with a special bullet he becomes calm and level headed and can be considered his true personality. 8:17 - 8:56 is Jojo yes in particular Johnathon Joestar and Joseph Joestar. 8:57 - 9:06 This is Hell Teacher Nube don't know much save the name of the anime. 9:07 - 9:38 This is Assassination Classroom and the character is Koro-Sensei he is a teacher who threatened to blow up the earth if he wasn't given a specific classroom of students to teach. He is capable of moving at Mach 20, yes you read this right Mach 20, and is unkillable save for special items that he himself made. He teaches the class under one stipulation they have to kill him before the year ends. Despite how bizarre this premise is it's actually quite a heartwarming anime to watch. 9:40 - 9:59 this is Saint Seiya really old anime where people don armor based on the constellations of the world. It's very Greek/Roman Esque but can't tell much apart from that. 10:00 - 10:43 This is Fist of the North Star, imagine if Mad Max was a super martial artist who could kill people with a single touch. It's most famous for the line of 'You are already dead' in which he appears to attack someone to no effect only for the person to literally explode. 10:44 - 10:56 this is... Dr. Slump and Aralie a character I despise with every fiber of my being so I won't say much apart from that. 10:57 - 11:11 this is Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, this is an absurd Comedy Manga that gags pretty much every major Shonen Jump Manga in one way or another. Now again these are only the anime's I know/heard of/seen so I'm sure someone will fill in the blanks on others or even give more info on ones I've mentioned. Looking forward to your next video.

The dude with the baby on his shoulder is Tatsumi Oga, a delinquent that is charged by Hell to take care of Beelzebub. That form you saw is called Super Milk Time. It is when Tatsumi's body is possessed by Baby Beelzebub after drinking Beelzebub's baby formula and they can just go wild, which is what you saw. There's also Super Croquet Time, were Tatsumi eats a croquet to get possessed by Baby Beelzebub but this time, Tatsumi is in control. Also, that wasn't a clown nose, it was Baby Beelzebub's pacifier and in Super Croquet Time, Tatsumi doesn't have the pacifier since he's in control. Alot of the characters are from old anime/manga (japanese comics) so im not sure on a lot of them but the first few are from some really popular anime: The guy who can turn his arms into balls is Luffy from Onepiece (so are the few characters after him) the premise is that, its a time of piracy, with a twist that the pirates get special powers by eating special devil fruits. The first 2, Luffy and Ace got the power of being made out of rubber and pyromancy respectively. The coal is from Madara who is in Naruto and is actually the Metiorite that you saw from your Naruto Ultimate Jutsus Reaction and uhh almost killed everyone in that world (although due to the graphics restriction in the game it doesnt look as strong) The Guy who turned his hair black is Ichigo from Bleach, the premise of Bleach is that people who die are escorted to a place called the soul society by soul reapers (and their special swords) and souls that arent escorted fast enough turn into ghost monsters called hollows, Ichigo is mixed up in this mess and becomes a soul reaper. The biggest part of this anime is that his love interest Orihime is kidnapped and he goes to the world of hollows to get her back (Ichigo and Orihime are voiced by the same people who voice Nero and Kiriye funnily enough). Anyway what you saw was Ichigo using his 'final' final move which turns all his power into a black slash of energy and turns him back into a human permanantly (well almost), no more power, welp After Ichigo is the "main" villain of Bleach (theres like 14 seasons some self contained, some arent, almost all have banger music) Aizen who quite literally manipulated almost everyone in the anime and gets the shit kicked out of him at the end by Ichigo in such a cathartic way The samurai with the x scar is Kenshin from Samurai X/Ruronui Kenshin, The premise is that its a few years after the bloody civil war of the Meiji Restoration, the Manslayer Butosai is looking for absolution from his crimes in the war, taking up the name Kenshin and swearing to never kill again, this absolution comes in the form of Kaoru who he decides to protect with his life. But old sins come back to haunt him and the mass murdering Manslayers are still around waiting for a chance to be the one who kills Butosai The Egyption samurai is also from Samurai X his name is Shishio and hes actually got burns on 90% of his body, due to this his lympathic system is damaged so he needs to be cooled with water periodically. He was essentially samurai black ops during the war and was betrayed and burned alive by his comrades, he wants revenge on the new Meiji government for their betrayal and creates a band of seriously dangerous outlaw Samurai who could have easily topple the government had they not called in a favor and forced kenshin to interfere The Icarus guy is Saint Seiya who... uhh i have no clue, i cant remember... i think it was a creature of the week anime maybe like a boy version of sailor moon but honestly its been so long ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The girl who split the earth is Arale the android and shes from a comedy manga from the author of dragon ball and essentially jumpstarted his carrer. The nosehair guy is Bo Bo Bo, hes from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. This one of the funniest shows ive ever seen, but its very odd if you havent seen a lot of anime before. Essentially the premise is that an evil organisation has taken over the world and wants to make everyone bald but Bo Bo Bo wont let them win with his (sentient?) nosehairs The guy with the baby on his shoulder is Tatsumi from Beelzebub, the baby is actually the demon lord and hes chosen to be his babysitter. Theres probs more i missed but thats all i can remember i watched all these as a kid so there might be minor mistakes but im pretty sure 90% of it is accurate

A man, this was funny to watch. Even I don't know don't know most of these characters unfortunately but, I would definitely recommend most of the nose hair guy. His name is Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo and he comes from the anime of the same name. It's a comedy action anime meant to be a parody of popular shonen stories at the time so imagine if Deadpool became anime. Since he is supposed to be a parody, Bobobo is actually absurdly powerful to an almost insane degree and I think the in-game plot of this game explains that nobody knows who he is, he wasn't invited or brought here, he just showed up and started participating. A channel called Webcamparrot has done two videos on how powerful he is that I recommend checking out. I honestly believe that Bobobo is one probably top 20 or even top 10 in the list of most powerful characters in not just anime but, in all of fiction.
Speaking of... *One Piece* games could be an interesting idea for future videos! There's couple games that have a whole bunch of characters from the series whose special attacks you could watch. *One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 / 4* and *Burning Blood* would be my recommendation!

I know that you guys aren’t familiar with the characters of One Piece but it is worth reading if you get the chance! It has sold more than every Batman comic ever made and is the best selling written series in the history of the world selling over 500 million copies just beating out Harry Potter. It’s such a great story!
The problem is that it never ends. For as long as DC and Marvel comic books have been around, at least each story is only 4-6 issues long. One Piece only has one story, and for some reason it refuses to get to the point and finish it.

Oh man, my friends and I loved this game. We imported it and played it like 3 days a week for hours each time lol. I love that you called Freeza "Freezer" lol. Nah, Madara wasn't dropping coal. He dropped a meteor. But it didn't kill the enemy enough. So he summoned a second one to land right on top of the first one. 4:10 That is Ichigo Kurosaki, main character of the anime Bleach, which actually just came back this last year. If you skip the ENORMOUS amounts of godawful filler placed at the WORST possible times they could have possibly come up with, its a really good shonen anime. 4:27 That guy was my main in this game. Arale, the little girl with purple hair that punched the earth in half, is actually a robot from a series called DrSlump, created by Akira Toriyama. She is what people would call a "gag character", in that despite her cutsie appearance and small stature...defies all laws of physics and could basically beat anyone for no real reason other than "because she can". She has shown up in dbz occasionally and has fought goku, easily beating him with her random goofiness and overwhelming strength. In dragonball super, she even effortlessly and easily beats vegeta. She is the literal "my character can beat your character because i say so" kind of character. She isnt a villain though. She just loves to play and sometimes she plays a little too rough lol

When it comes to the buff blonde afro man, his name is Bo-Bo-Bo Bo Bo-Bo, his nickname is, Bo-Bo-Bo. Some of those funny characters, that includes Bo-Bo-Bo, they're from gag manga, as in manga, that's nothing but jokes.
I suppose if everyone's sharing who these characters are and what series they're from, then I'll help with the less mainstream ones that I didn't see in the comments so far. So, "bubblegum hair" girl. Her name is Medaka Kurokami, and the series she's from is known as Medaka Box. It's, uh... quite something, that's for sure. But I had fun with it, barring a few weird or intense moments. Medaka herself is the student council president for her high school, and I think is the equivalent of a freshman in Japanese grade systems (I believe they're called "first years" over there?) Despite how ordinary that might sound, she possesses what can only be described as abnormal superhuman traits; be they physical or mental. Superior strength, speed, stamina, intelligence, martial arts skills and even beauty. She has it all. She's even the daughter of Japan's richest and most successful family, so it seems she's nearly perfect. Though her intelligence sometimes causes her to overthink things and make her come off as foolish at times. On top of all that, she has a strong amount of compassion and love for humanity and will do anything to help others and shoulder their burdens. The bubblegum hair transformation is what's known as her "war god mode." It's basically just a pink haired Super Saiyan powerup that she somehow has access to, despite being a human being and all. Though she has little control over it because she only taps into that form when she becomes consumed by rage.

The first 4 characters are from an anime called One Piece. A very long running series that did a 3 way crossover with Dragon Ball and Toriko (the blue haired not Goku)
If you wanna see more from One Piece in the form of games- I'd recommend all supers from either Burning Blood, Pirate Warriors 3 or Pirate Warriors 4.

The kid with the fire on his head is from an anime called Katekyo Hitman Reborn. it was a big deal back in the early 2000s. If Naruto, One Piece or Bleach were to have ever failed, Katekyo Hitman Reborn would've taken their place. Its a really cool anime about a Kid who's suppose to be the next boss of a huge mafia family. The first 20 episodes are a bit slow, because the manga was originally meant to be a comedy manga, but after episode 20, it picks up.

The samurai with the red hair and the one covered in bandages are from the series Rurouni Kenshin, also called Samurai X. The lone with the red hair is the protagonist Himura Kenshin and the one with the bandages is Shishio Makoto, he was a major antagonist during one story arc.
Rurouni Kenshin is a historical drama that takes place in late 1800’s Japan where many of the background characters and the situation happening around them is real history but the main characters are not.
The one with the bandages was a government assassin (called a hitokiri which depending on who did translation it will be called manslayer or murderer) during the revolution in which the Meiji government came into power. Once it was over the government decided he knew too much, shot him in the head and set him on fire, but he survived. The bandages are from his burns. His power over fire is because of his sword. It is serrated and has soaked up the oils from the numerous people he flatlined so a spark ignites the blade. The ultimate move he used in the game was mentioned in the show but he never used it.
It’s a great series from the 90’s and worth at watch, especially because it is being redone and coming out again this year. Netflix also has 3 live action movies that were done in Japan, not actual Netflix adaptations, that were done very well
The little kid who shattered the earth is actually a Toriyama character, one of his side project while he worked on DragonBall, she even shows up as a guest character in later DB media

The blue haired not-Goku guy is Toriko, the main character from Toriko, who wants to be the best 'gourmet hunter' in the world by creating the most unique three course meal. The premise may not sound like a shounen series, but the main 'ingredients' the hunters seek are mystical foods and dangerous monsters.
Funnily enough, Toriko is capable of beating Goku quite easily, as near the end of the series he eats a portion of God's soul (God let him because he found him interesting, but it's still crazy)
So anime characters, that I know of from each series are
0:57 - 1:57 are from One Piece it's an anime about pirates who gain mystical powers by eating something called Devil Fruits these fruits give them various super human abilities. From turning a person into a man made of rubber, Luffy who was the first person, to making a man made out of literal magma, Akainu the last person.

2:48 this anime is called Toriko, the setting of Toriko is that it's Earth but an earth that is like 4 times bigger than normal and pretty much everything is food certain types of grass, mostly animals, and plenty of other weird stuff. It is actually quite the creative anime/manga and one worth reading yes Reading because the anime heavily censors alot I still wait for the day there's an uncensored version. Anyway the first character is Toriko, while he may look like a Goku rip off he really isn't, the only thing he shares with Goku is a love for food. Second Character is Zebra who has the power to make his voice a literal weapon.

4:09 - 4:43 is Bleach it's an anime about a kid who ends up becoming a shinigami which is the japanese version of the grim reaper. It's ok, I lost interest in it a long time ago so I can't tell you much about it.
4:44 - 5:16 This is Rurouni Kenshin, the main character, Kenshin, was once a brutal killer samurai named Battousai and was infamous for being an incredibly dangerous and unbeatable samurai. However he wished to walk away from this life and thus he uses a reverse blade sword where the edge is backwards on the blade essentially making it similar to a wooden sword. Second character is Shishi Makoto who was considered Kenshin's successor he was knocked out and then covered in oil and burned alive but he survived he wears the bandages because of the burns.
5:17 - 5:57 is YuYu Hakusho considered one of the best dubbed animes of the 90's, the first character is Yusuke who is the literal definition of Rebellious Punk with a Heart of Gold. Second Character is Hiei he is a demon and the only known successful user of the Dragon of the Darkness flame. Which is a living flame that is an incredible powerful and near uncontrollable power. Third Character is Toguro, who was a human that wanted to become a human because he was afraid of dying of old age and wanted to be the most powerful demon in existence.
5:58 - 6:15 is Gintama I don't know anything about this besides the name.
6:36 - 7:08 this is Hunter X Hunter don't know much save the name
8:02 - 8:16 This is Katekyō Hitman Reborn! aka Reborn!, The character is Tsuna who happens to be the descendant of a mafia known as the Vongola. The anime has him gain super powers basically by turning undying will into flames these flames have various 'elements' each with their own unique attributes. Tsuna is normally a wimpy guy but when he is hit with a special bullet he becomes calm and level headed and can be considered his true personality.
8:17 - 8:56 is Jojo yes in particular Johnathon Joestar and Joseph Joestar.
8:57 - 9:06 This is Hell Teacher Nube don't know much save the name of the anime.
9:07 - 9:38 This is Assassination Classroom and the character is Koro-Sensei he is a teacher who threatened to blow up the earth if he wasn't given a specific classroom of students to teach. He is capable of moving at Mach 20, yes you read this right Mach 20, and is unkillable save for special items that he himself made. He teaches the class under one stipulation they have to kill him before the year ends. Despite how bizarre this premise is it's actually quite a heartwarming anime to watch.
9:40 - 9:59 this is Saint Seiya really old anime where people don armor based on the constellations of the world. It's very Greek/Roman Esque but can't tell much apart from that.
10:00 - 10:43 This is Fist of the North Star, imagine if Mad Max was a super martial artist who could kill people with a single touch. It's most famous for the line of 'You are already dead' in which he appears to attack someone to no effect only for the person to literally explode.
10:44 - 10:56 this is... Dr. Slump and Aralie a character I despise with every fiber of my being so I won't say much apart from that.
10:57 - 11:11 this is Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo, this is an absurd Comedy Manga that gags pretty much every major Shonen Jump Manga in one way or another.

10:08 that is Kenshiro. The marks on his body are scars left over by a dude who stole his girlfriend beat his ass in a fight and jabbed fingers into his chest and abdomen in the shape of the big dipper (The name of the series is called fist of the north star which is in the big dipper)

The dude with the baby on his shoulder is Tatsumi Oga, a delinquent that is charged by Hell to take care of Beelzebub. That form you saw is called Super Milk Time. It is when Tatsumi's body is possessed by Baby Beelzebub after drinking Beelzebub's baby formula and they can just go wild, which is what you saw. There's also Super Croquet Time, were Tatsumi eats a croquet to get possessed by Baby Beelzebub but this time, Tatsumi is in control. Also, that wasn't a clown nose, it was Baby Beelzebub's pacifier and in Super Croquet Time, Tatsumi doesn't have the pacifier since he's in control. Yea, it's a weird show but it's a fun one nonetheless.

Alot of the characters are from old anime/manga (japanese comics) so im not sure on a lot of them but the first few are from some really popular anime:
The guy who can turn his arms into balls is Luffy from Onepiece (so are the few characters after him) the premise is that, its a time of piracy, with a twist that the pirates get special powers by eating special devil fruits. The first 2, Luffy and Ace got the power of being made out of rubber and pyromancy respectively.
The coal is from Madara who is in Naruto and is actually the Metiorite that you saw from your Naruto Ultimate Jutsus Reaction and uhh almost killed everyone in that world (although due to the graphics restriction in the game it doesnt look as strong)
The Guy who turned his hair black is Ichigo from Bleach, the premise of Bleach is that people who die are escorted to a place called the soul society by soul reapers (and their special swords) and souls that arent escorted fast enough turn into ghost monsters called hollows, Ichigo is mixed up in this mess and becomes a soul reaper. The biggest part of this anime is that his love interest Orihime is kidnapped and he goes to the world of hollows to get her back (Ichigo and Orihime are voiced by the same people who voice Nero and Kiriye funnily enough). Anyway what you saw was Ichigo using his 'final' final move which turns all his power into a black slash of energy and turns him back into a human permanantly (well almost), no more power, welp
After Ichigo is the "main" villain of Bleach (theres like 14 seasons some self contained, some arent, almost all have banger music) Aizen who quite literally manipulated almost everyone in the anime and gets the shit kicked out of him at the end by Ichigo in such a cathartic way
The samurai with the x scar is Kenshin from Samurai X/Ruronui Kenshin, The premise is that its a few years after the bloody civil war of the Meiji Restoration, the Manslayer Butosai is looking for absolution from his crimes in the war, taking up the name Kenshin and swearing to never kill again, this absolution comes in the form of Kaoru who he decides to protect with his life. But old sins come back to haunt him and the mass murdering Manslayers are still around waiting for a chance to be the one who kills Butosai
The Egyption samurai is also from Samurai X his name is Shishio and hes actually got burns on 90% of his body, due to this his lympathic system is damaged so he needs to be cooled with water periodically. He was essentially samurai black ops during the war and was betrayed and burned alive by his comrades, he wants revenge on the new Meiji government for their betrayal and creates a band of seriously dangerous outlaw Samurai who could have easily topple the government had they not called in a favor and forced kenshin to interfere
The Icarus guy is Saint Seiya who... uhh i have no clue, i cant remember... i think it was a creature of the week anime maybe like a boy version of sailor moon but honestly its been so long ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The girl who split the earth is Arale the android and shes from a comedy manga from the author of dragon ball and essentially jumpstarted his carrer.
The nosehair guy is Bo Bo Bo, hes from Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. This one of the funniest shows ive ever seen, but its very odd if you havent seen a lot of anime before. Essentially the premise is that an evil organisation has taken over the world and wants to make everyone bald but Bo Bo Bo wont let them win with his (sentient?) nosehairs
The guy with the baby on his shoulder is Tatsumi from Beelzebub, the baby is actually the demon lord and hes chosen to be his babysitter.
Theres probs more i missed but thats all i can remember i watched all these as a kid so there might be minor mistakes but im pretty sure 90% of it is accurate

The kid with the green haired bady is from a anime called Beelzebub, the bady is Satans son an the guy gets stuck raising him when Satan doesn't want to an he becomes his adopted dad an baby beel can possess his dad an give him power an yes he does still have a pacifier in his mouth.

A man, this was funny to watch. Even I don't know don't know most of these characters unfortunately but, I would definitely recommend most of the nose hair guy. His name is Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo and he comes from the anime of the same name. It's a comedy action anime meant to be a parody of popular shonen stories at the time so imagine if Deadpool became anime. Since he is supposed to be a parody, Bobobo is actually absurdly powerful to an almost insane degree and I think the in-game plot of this game explains that nobody knows who he is, he wasn't invited or brought here, he just showed up and started participating.
A channel called Webcamparrot has done two videos on how powerful he is that I recommend checking out. I honestly believe that Bobobo is one probably top 20 or even top 10 in the list of most powerful characters in not just anime but, in all of fiction.
Speaking of... *One Piece* games could be an interesting idea for future videos!
There's couple games that have a whole bunch of characters from the series whose special attacks you could watch.
*One Piece Pirate Warriors 3 / 4* and *Burning Blood* would be my recommendation!

I know that you guys aren’t familiar with the characters of One Piece but it is worth reading if you get the chance! It has sold more than every Batman comic ever made and is the best selling written series in the history of the world selling over 500 million copies just beating out Harry Potter. It’s such a great story!
The problem is that it never ends.
For as long as DC and Marvel comic books have been around, at least each story is only 4-6 issues long.
One Piece only has one story, and for some reason it refuses to get to the point and finish it.

Arale, the little girl with purple hair that punched the earth in half, is actually a robot from a series called DrSlump, created by Akira Toriyama. She is what people would call a "gag character", in that despite her cutsie appearance and small stature...defies all laws of physics and could basically beat anyone for no real reason other than "because she can".
She has shown up in dbz occasionally and has fought goku, easily beating him with her random goofiness and overwhelming strength. In dragonball super, she even effortlessly and easily beats vegeta.
She is the literal "my character can beat your character because i say so" kind of character. She isnt a villain though. She just loves to play and sometimes she plays a little too rough lol
Would be interesting to see her in a death battle against a character like the Mask who also has basically no rules 🤔

When it comes to the buff blonde afro man, his name is Bo-Bo-Bo Bo Bo-Bo, his nickname is, Bo-Bo-Bo. Some of those funny characters, that includes Bo-Bo-Bo, they're from gag manga, as in manga, that's nothing but jokes.
I suppose if everyone's sharing who these characters are and what series they're from, then I'll help with the less mainstream ones that I didn't see in the comments so far.
So, "bubblegum hair" girl. Her name is Medaka Kurokami, and the series she's from is known as Medaka Box. It's, uh... quite something, that's for sure. But I had fun with it, barring a few weird or intense moments. Medaka herself is the student council president for her high school, and I think is the equivalent of a freshman in Japanese grade systems (I believe they're called "first years" over there?) Despite how ordinary that might sound, she possesses what can only be described as abnormal superhuman traits; be they physical or mental. Superior strength, speed, stamina, intelligence, martial arts skills and even beauty. She has it all. She's even the daughter of Japan's richest and most successful family, so it seems she's nearly perfect. Though her intelligence sometimes causes her to overthink things and make her come off as foolish at times. On top of all that, she has a strong amount of compassion and love for humanity and will do anything to help others and shoulder their burdens.
The bubblegum hair transformation is what's known as her "war god mode." It's basically just a pink haired Super Saiyan powerup that she somehow has access to, despite being a human being and all. Though she has little control over it because she only taps into that form when she becomes consumed by rage.
