Hi. Is it possible to design connection based on the load capacity of member being joined?
Thanks for nice video
Question - How to make this geometry or using icon and how to
link it
Thanks for sharing! is it to possible to compare result with Manual calculation with Robot for connection & Member design?
very helpful thanks
Thank you.
Thanks for the video.
Question: Why are the brackets square in shape? Is it possible to make them into triangular form? If NOT, is there something written in a manual that I can refer to?
Alo for the Bolts, is possible to have more than 4 Columns of bolts?
Edited. For anyone that requires this info, I found out that the bolts can only have up to 2 columns as of the current version. Refer to the section regarding Bolts in knowledge autodesk.
In this version of Robot SA, the brackets are only in square shape. This is the limitation of the software. There are many connection design books Eurocode. The one from TATA Steel is also good. And for the bolts, we can only use 2 columns of bolts, but more rows. You can try IDEA StatiCa, in case you want to adjust more to the connection.
@@EngineerHunter ok thanks for the reply
(Connection does not conform to the code) how can I solve this issue?
You can to check the design code. I think, it might be bolt spacing issue, without seeing the whole problem, I’m not sure though.
how to create connections for whole building? I mean is there any shortcut to copy same connection to whole structure? please tell me some tricks
I suppose you can do that for the same connections.
@@EngineerHunter how to assign connection to the structure after creating its not assigning to the target part? please show me in some video. it's very urgent
Looks it is difficult for you to make your point?
