Great, you have answered a question that I always had, I always wondered if using a smartphone for scanning if it could be passed from smartphone creality app to PC without having to process the scan with the scanner software on the PC/Laptop. Basically it means that I can use my smartphone without having to upgrade my laptop to get the scanner working.
OK, I have the same sort of question. I have been able to connect my Ferret Pro to my M1 MacBook Pro with a USB cable and run scans. But I can connect to the Ferret Wireless connection with my iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18.1.1. But when I run the Creality Scan it just says “Please Connect the Scanner”. The scan app is 2.3.7. So what iPhone are using and what version of the scan app are you running? Thank You!
Oh great now I can print a face of myself to have my wife argue with instead
I'd take that hiking to 3D print random leaves and stuff
You made it much harder than it is.
Great Video!

How do you you scan underneath the object, to get the empty cavities, in my case?
Are any of these cheap scanners any good???
Can the power bank attach to a full size tripod? If not, has anyone printed an adapter? ( Could you scan the power bank for this?)
