Do u need a basic knowledge of how pinterest works to use the course or is it suitable for someone who has never used it before? Thanks. Russ
You shouldn't need basic knowledge to be able to get something out of the course! I am also working on updating and adding more super-beginner friendly basics of Pinterest for that reason too though.
And there is the option to sign up for email updates so you can be notified whenever I update now, and in the future!
If you pin consistently, how long will it take to see good results?
It depends on so many things. How many pins? In what niche? How good are your pins, titles and SEO skills?
For a new account with a good strategy it could take 6-8 months. But I've also managed accounts that took off in a few weeks. So it's hard to say
I've tried to pin consistently several times. It's always like this: I get encouraged by pinterest experts, and then the energy gradually leaves me because all the pins are invisible - each time.
(The only impressions my pins have is when I refresh page in the browser.) Is it really possible that pinterest only starts showing pins after a few months of pinning? That doesn't make sense.
Why would it hide all pins? To make sure the user is serious about it?
What's your Pinterest link? I can take a glance at it for you and see if it may be something else. I also offer full Pinterest account audits, if you'd like. But either way, I can check out your account!
I do understand where you are coming from. It can be really discouraging to see a small number of impressions. Hard to say what the reason is without seeing the account but I usually start to notice results for clients after 1-3 months of pinning. Pinterest needs to understand what you're pinning and being active on the platform helps with that.
