Why does public order keep going down in hexoatl? It does it for you as well as me. I can't figure out why that happens at the start for a capital starting city.
depending on the difficulty there is a public order penalty, in legendary it's -8, then any take overs of towns gives a temporary -10 as well
@@ashenninja4296 well, I'm playing normal mode, so what is the penalty there?
@@natesofamerica normal is -2, with the temporary ones still the same, there of course could be other factors like being raided, corruption, enemy heroes
@@ashenninja4296 That makes sense then, but I'm baffled by just how hard the lizard campaign is compared to all the others. Even on normal mode. This game cheats like crazy though, enemies have unlimited resources which isn't a fair game.
