John 3:16-21
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Not just the customers! Last time I got a washing machine I had it professionally installed and they forgot about the transit bolts 🙈
Hence this time checking out vids like this so I can do it myself. 😅
Thanks for the tip 👍
If you have a solid floor, like yours, spraying some soapy water or furniture polish on the floor will make sliding the machine in much easier, also a bit of soap on the spigot will help the hose slide on easier. 😊
Top tips 👍
I've fitted more washing machines than I can remember. At least 20 a week for 10 years.
There's another fitting scenario. Connections can also be in the cupboard under the sink. That means the machine has to be partially under the counter whilst threading the pipes through the hole in the side of the cupboard or in the gap between the counter underside and the cupboard side top edge.
I always used fairy liquid,or similar, as its by far the best lubricant especially on lino floors which rip oh so easily.
Someone needs to show the whirlpool install team this video. They installed my new one yesterday, didn’t use a jubilee clip & my kitchen was flooded with waste water after the first wash. Fun 🙃 🤦♀️
I followed 100% and problem solved 99%. Excellent demonstration and saved hassle from looking for machinic and so on. Thank you very much sir. 👍👍👍👍
You're welcome!
Thank you so much, I was about to operate mine with transit bolts still connected.
Thank you, Now I did it like a Pro!
Glad it helped
Another well explained clear video like always, your videos always appreciated. I have a set of those airbags (lidls middle aisle) and used them for so many diy jobs, well worth having in your tool collection
Thanks. Absolutely! 👍
Those Lidl Air Bags are quite useful if you lock your car keys inside the car too ...

Thank you so much for the demonstration. We have used one new washing machine without removing the transport bolt. Your video assisted us to disconnect the machineb in order to remove the bolts 👍👍👍👍👍👍
That was a clear explanation and is much appreciated. Thank you.
An excellent, well presented and clear run through over everything involved in installing a washing machine
Thanks
Brilliant! Thanks for this x
You do such an excellent job explaining that it's so easy to follow instructions.. keep up the good work buddy 👍

Excellent tutorial video. Our GE washing machine was installed 5 months ago. This was taken out from our laundry room due to damage from a water leak. I spotted 4 holes at the back of the machine. I saw your video today. Transportation valves were not there and caps were not provided.
My question. Is it fine to leave the holes open or can I tape the holes?
Washer might be installed back maybe in 2 days.
I'm glad i watched this video. I had never heard of an "air wedge" or wind-bag. I now have one on the way. Thanks.
Glad I could help!
Second that!
Thank you. You are a life saver.
Glad I watched this video, I was able to install my washing machine myself
Thank you so much for clear instructions how to connect washing machine. Excellent job!
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you man. That will save me the extortionate fee for the installation £50 with Argos!
No problem 👍
Excellent 👍Very Well explained, with PROPER CLEAR ENGLISH ACCENT . Thank you. 5⭐+
Glad it was helpful!
Agree being easy to understand
Brilliant! You save me money by giving me the confidence to do this myself, successfully. I'm inspired and will do more for myself now, thank you 👍
Easy to understand and I could watch and listen to you all day 😉
wow love the windbag
👍
Excellent video. Thanks
Glad you liked it!
nice explanation! Keep it up with a good videos!
147k subscribers and then telling how to connect youre washingmachine.
I'm doing something terrible wrong. You did great, tnx!
Just got mine fitted, no issues. Thanks for ur instructions. Ps maybe tell people to check instructions in case the manufacturer advises you do a first run without clothes at a high heat with detergent to give the machine a bit of a run & clean itself before u use it for normal washing. My instructions manual recommend it but I’d already put a load of washing in it 😅
Good tip!
Great video !!!!!!! thank you
Very helpful mate.
Much love from New Zealand 🇳🇿
Glad it helped
Fantastic video.
Demystified the process :)
Thanks 😊
Thanks this is great
Very easy thank you for sharing
My pleasure 😊
Im SATELLITE installer i work in Homes thanks for teaching me another side hustle im going to start installing washing machines
this DIY guy know everything! One package
Thanks but I always find new things to learn myself 👍
Amazing help! Especially living on my own with no help, really easy to follow!
Happy to help!
If i am going to pull out our machine to check behind it. How and where am i going to pull safely,? it's positioned in between two cabinets almost like in your video.
Good tip with the airbag, i am going to use that when i have to reposition the washing machine👍
Brilliant .Thank you:)
You're very welcome!
Thanks, Thanks, Thanks. Great video!!!
Glad you liked it!
Great video thanks
Glad you enjoyed it
Thank you for this.
My pleasure!
Great video! Thanks for going through both variants for the dirty water house fitting. As an Eastern European mofo, we all know which one I have :D. Thanks for the help mate!
Thanks for watching!
At point 5.20 on the video when you tested to see if you had any leaks on the water supply, how did that water drain from the drum did it just stay in the drum until you connected the waste pipe?
Brilliant 👏
Thanks
THANKS A LOT FOR THIS VIDEO GOD BLESS YOU
You are very welcome
Thanks
Thank you! Brilliant video with all the needed details. Going to install mine today. Just disconnected my old one with the help of your tips (of install) Thanks again!
Glad it helped. Thanks
Be great if you could show us how to fit an outdoor tap. That uses the fitting that pierces the pipe when you screw it on.
Hi There Great video but ho can i check the back of the washing machine is level at the back when putting under kitchen worktop
What's that contraption on the water pipe by the stop plug please?
Thanks
Nice and simple, great video. I have a small problem with my machine, when it expels the dirty water it wells up in the sink (not much but enough and it smells). I'm presuming the waste pipe to outside is partly clogged. Is it worthg me gettting a right angled waste connector, my waste pipe (from the machine) is set to be higher than the point it connects to, but would the right angled help a bit more?
I have problem.
Great explanation and I love that 'Winbag'
Pump wedge why didn’t I think of that😫 got a new washing machine a week before Xmas backwards and forwards trying to get it level before I put it in its. Place
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks!
Welcome!
Good thanks for that’s great video
No problem 👍
Do you need to level up the machine on it feet if the machine is in a "straight" position already?
👍👍👍Thanks.
All the hotpoint machines we've had they never had a locking nut. If a tumble dryer has four adjustable feet how would you adjust them if there is no room to get to the feet
I don’t have any need to subscribe to be honest but I just wanted to say thanks and good luck with your channel, perfect video 👍 cheers
Thanks a lot
THANKS
No problem
Great video so ill comment for an algorithm boost.
Thanks 😊
Hi, my indeset washing machine's waste standpipe is 66cm from the floor, is that too low for drainage? It was like this when I moved in , thanks!
You need a spanner and most people will need a trolly as well to position it if it’s not been moved close to the final location .
Does the cold water tap need to stay turned on once the pipe is in?
One of these days, in respect of laundry, your other half might say "DIY" 🙂 Excellent video BTW.
I always wonder how many inches, if any, we need to add to the depth of the machine to account for the hose? Planning my kitchen element sizes and some people say you can push it in up to the wall, others say leave a lot of space :?
AO gave a guide of 6cm
@@nickjames6282 thank you!
I removed the bolts but not the rubber seal insert. Will it be ok ?
what if i lost the blanking cap for that three bolt hole, will it cause trouble if i leave it ?
Could you tell us what kind of Washing Machine this is please? (Great job btw)
It’s a hoover but not sure of the model number
Tak!
Thanks 🙌
Great video perhaps we need a video of how to install a cooker/oven or something more complicated like mitering worktops with a router for anyone who is thinking about upgrading their kitchen instead of using sh@tty worktop joining strips
My plumbing under the skin doesn’t have a blue one for water just red one for hot water does that make a difference or not?
Any idea what would be the reason for bad smell in the washing machine. the washing machine is brand new.
DIY is a good thing when done properly. Do your homework, take your time and learn from your mistakes!
Absolutely 👍
Cheers
🙌
I notice that the drainage hose is bracketed at the top. I assume that you do NOT want to remove that since you want the waste water to flow up and then down to ensure that gravity does not drain the water out when the machine is washing???
I'm in kenya ineed one washing and drying two in one
My washing machine drain pipe is connected under the sink, not sure w that’s a good idea because the water seems to be coming back up in the sink. 🤔
My machine has a cold water hose like the one you connect to the machine, but when my boil is on the washing machine water comes out hot ,doesn’t matter if I put it in the cold water program, help me please
The machine may be connected to a hot water feed. Check where the washing machine pipe is connected to and when you're running a cold wash feel the pipe to see if it is warm. If it is then you have hot water going to the machine and need to change it to a coldfeed pipe.
Hi. Which part of East Anglia are you from? I'm from Norfolk and recognise the accent! 😊😊
Hi, Norwich 👍
@@TheDIYGuy1 I knew it! I'm in Hemsby, and a Norfolk girl through and through. We are lucky to live in such a great part of the world.
Absolutely 👍
Is that washer still ok
Yep

WOW! You had a 35kW combi installed by iHeat? I watched their video on their youtube channel. Im thinking 35kw is way way over sized. Did they do a heat loss calculation? Im guessing less then 10kw assuming double glazing, wall & loft insulation ect. They installed a hive not worcesters own weather compensation controls, so i doubt that boiler is going to modulate. I'm betting that boiler is cycling wasting gas. Unless you wanted to run a bath and shower bar mixer and fill up the sink with hot water all at the same time. That boiler is way over sized. Did they measure the cold main flow rate and pressure? I don't think ill be subscribing to their channel.
I have a problem where the sink water keeps going into the washing machine. Any idea how to stop it?
Try to make the bend in the waste pipe from the machine as high as you can this should stop the problem
Unfortunately I installed mine with transit bolts and wasted £400 and when I called up Beko they said we can’t do anything as it’s written in the instruction manual so £400 went out the window and having to buy a new machine again!
Damn, mine didn't come with Jubilee clip and a windbag. I shall ring them straight away.
I bought a Miele. No problem plumbing the thing in but could hardly shift it in place the thing weighs over 100kg 🥵🥵
Ouch ha
Does it run nice and quietly though? Would you recommend getting a Miele? Cheers
@@Oli_Hudson yeah very happy with it. it’s solid as a rock and almost silent in operation. Only noise that comes from it is when the pump kicks in or when its on the spin but even that is so quiet when it ramps up to full speed.
Just replaced our washing machine 2 weeks ago. 74db is a decently quiet washing machine I can confirm 😂 you literally only hear the pump and spin if it’s half empty.
I need 7 kg how much
adverts ruined this video, that many couldn't be bother to watch it
My blue valve won't even move
😂
Good video but can’t over how you pronounce “cold”!!
Stop right there, a Pro has all the correct tools for the job and would never use an adjustable spanner🤷♂️ That saved me 8 minutes of video footage 👍
You got life all wrong my brother. In life, you have to make the best use of the resources you have. Look at the guy, he got his job done perfectly fine with the tools he had. But you are more concerned about his lack of tools.
Thanks, Thanks, Thanks. Great video!!!
Glad you liked it!
