This IMO underpins everything we do as martial artists, hence why so many of these footwork drills exist, in similar patterns, in virtually ALL traditional MA's. Great clip and really well explained as always

You wont beleive how hard it was to get a "decision" on the names of some of these movements! Soooo many different takes on the same footwork it was mindblowing when i was researching it (just to make sure what I called them was the same as what most other people did!)
